but if all you did was click the link and not enter any info you may be safe. do a full virus scan anyway, sometimes visiting a link is all it takes to get nailed with a virus. Did you enter any of your credentials after opening that link ? If yes,you will need to immediately change your details otherwise just opening the link won't get your account hacked.If you're still very insecure about it,change your password.
