One thing that I can say with tourism-related cryptocurrency is - up until now there's no single one that is already successful in implementing that currency as a form of payment method.
No booking site or travel agency or hotel accomo have accepted an altcoin or token as payment.
So I don't know what you've got to make this a reality.
