Title: Bitcoin has taken slow on price hike why?
Post by: jademaxsuy on April 03, 2018, 01:28:37 PM
Bitcoin has taken so slow in regaining its price or raising its market price value per btc. It has been a week since the market value of btc plays at 6k usd - 7k usd and it is sti worse than last that plays more or less 9k USD. a huge different from.the last month that plays at 10k usd - 11k usd. It is hard to believe that bitcpin market price from feb. to march has fast pace on bitcoin market price movement. But what about now? It has taken so slowly and many of the investors are frustrated with the current market price value. They wanted to let bitcoin price go high.

Bitcoin has taken so slow in regaining its price

slow? pfft. it was only december/january it had its OUT OF PLACE / UNNATURAL all time high..
regain? again it was out of place, un natural
dont treat a spike as "the norm"
dont hav price charts open at a 3 hourly zoom, waiting and checking several times a day for that top price to return like its something that always existed that has just temporarily left the building for lunch

smart traders do not care about the all time high. thats just speculation bubbles and volatility.
whats important is finding the lows. and if lows of today do not go lower than lows of 6-12 months ago.. that is the true win for traders.

while small minnows are waiting to double their money waiting patiently for the next all time high to be double the price the minnow bought in at...
sharks and whales are chomping on small and repeated 1-5% movements. which if you add them up turn into doubling funds in less time the minnows wait for.

Well, I think this is happening because many of the investors are really waiting for the price of bitcoin to go down more so that they can buy it from the bottom. But I think this will change soon, I think by June or July like last year.

Everyone wants Bitcoin’s price to go high. Fact is we actually can’t predict the market. What I believe is, as the market is already getting slow but positive turn in the price stream, it will get its pace soon.

Ummmm......

Are you guys following the world news or are you just concentrated on the price of BTC?
Recently China has banned some of the products imported from the US. Among those products are Soybeans worth 14 billion USD a year! And this wasn't the only product that was banned. As a result stocks around the world instantly took a 1-2% hit.
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2018-04-04/china-to-levy-25-tariffs-on-u-s-soybean-imports-cctv-reports

Global markets are connected and BTC will react accordingly.

The world economy is slowing down, that's for sure. We might face a new recession, just like we had in 2008.  And yes, it's not only bitcoin that is dropping in price. Stock exchanges are also losing. But next to That, it's all FUD these days. Regulators shutting down exchanges, tax issues, social media banning crypto related ads and much more of the like. No wonder the price is declining.

The news of market manipulation keep arriving, and I'm hearing now that there could be a "Cartel" operating and trying to keep bitcoin price low. Not sure what would be their purpose with that. It would make sense if they were related to banks or governments that don't like BTC, and they would try to block it's price from going up, in order to try to keep investors away.

If this is the case it wouldn't last long though, because as bitcoin development advances, the same will happen with the interest from investors. Well informed investors don't really care about the price. Well they do care, but only to see if it has value or not, so if they find that bitcoin has value at the current prices, because of it's potential, they will still buy it, and probably keep doing it, even if BTC stays as low as this.

This would be very costly for those trying to keep it's price down, so in the end all is good.

i think the price of btc are base more on investors like a lot of campaign are running here so a lot of btc are need by that too

users, traders, investors crypto run by that so better to do spread this more so the price go high

actually i want a stable price because a lot of jobs will be open by that and etc.

Maybe this is due the all the FUD which is circulation day by day. Every time we could always hear that BTC would disappear. This news can be alarming to those new investor. Due this FUD's many will doubt BTC capability and withdraw their investment.

If bitcoin will spread all around the world, and more number of users will come, then fluctuation will automatically decrease. For example, US Dollar fluctuates very less, maybe 1 cents or 2 cents a day because it is traded or used in a very large volumes.
Bitcoin is getting more and more of the attention of the investment community, but now the cryptocurrency market is dominated by wealthy investors and they are deliberately bringing the market down. I see the decline of this market is quite positive because when bitcoin is deeply reduced is the opportunity for more investors to participate in this market and that is the opportunity for the market to grow stronger over time end of the year.

Yes, I will also attribute this continuous decline in bitcoin price or value to FUD. Everyone needs to gain trust in bitcoin and keep holding. All those spreading FUD will regret one day.

Instead of focusing solely on bitcoin's price, I think you should also focus on what's happening in the world currently and if there is enough demand to push the price? IMO, the market is doing well without any absurdity whatsoever. The previous run to almost $20k was nothing but unnatural/artificial and there's no way it can hold any longer seeing how many people thought that the price was overpriced. This current up and down without having any major resistance/support levels hitting is good; no one on the either side of the river wants to do some dangerous plays and everyone is just playing along. Besides, we're already behind on the fundamentals, so it's prime time that the price should also slow down.

A big different is there between bitcoin and Dollar, Dollar is a fiat currency and is limited to some area, while bitcoin is a universal currency and is trading throughout the world, therefore we will always see a big fluctuation in bitcoin price. I think that bitcoin price will continue increasing because still a lot of people love to trade bitcoin.

When market prices starts to recover it always does so slowly at first which might take a while and prices might move very slowly but with time it will pick up.
