Title: Eurasian blockchain association join to fight against crypto Ad Ban
Post by: d-unknown on April 04, 2018, 02:10:30 PM
The blockchain and cryptocurrency associations of Russia, China, and Korea have come together to form Eurasian Blockchain Association to file a lawsuit in May against Google and other companies for banning the crypto-related ads ban.
Last month, big names like Google, Facebook, Yandex and Twitter banned the cryptocurrency ads that created disturbance in the cryptocurrency market and community.

This triggered a legal action by a local Russian businessman that filed a lawsuit against the Russian-registered Google entity. Vladimir Orehov, the businessman claims that this ban is illegal and violates his rights as he is losing business opportunities that can result in probable money loss.

This is a good news, the block chain association is uniting against the social media that prohibit encryption advertisement!

Google, Facebook, Twitte's behavior is hindering the development of blockchain!

Because the government of many countries has already regulated ico, to ensure the legitimacy of ico, it is not necessary to prohibit advertising.

if the crypto they want to advertise is a scam coin ICO that has no REAL 5-year sustainability plan.. screw them. let them be banned

places like google/facebook/twitter should not be held liable for advertising scams. so its these social media's rights to refuse to advertise scams that can make them liable.

.. also..
bitcoin didnt need advertising, didnt need to pump and dump, premine,
bitcoins ethos and ideology alone promoted itself without the help of tactics that scammy ICO advertise

real funny part is..
if a ICO owner thinks that not being able to advertise will lose them money. then they have no clue.. after all. their premine is THEIR MONEY. so they are not losing it if they are the ones creating it.
if they value THEIR coin so much. they can hoard THEIR coin and then find a real purpose for their coin to then have real demand via the purpose. not via a pump and dump

To be honest, it's a good thing to ban crypto advertisements, it will avoid people to 1) failing into some fancy scams 2) to avoid giving a bad image of the industry

If the companies are legit, then I can support the idea behind it. The problem is that many of these companies are trying to

promote scams and that is exactly what these companies are trying to stop. No court will reverse the decision made to protect

consumers from scams. Unfortunately with every battle, you have innocent victims and in this case it is the legitimate

start-ups.  >:(

This is a good move by those countries. This joint movement of Europe and Asia will be of big help to the whole cryptocurrency economy. This move by google, facebook, yandex and twitter have made thousands of bitcoin users lost a lot of money. Be it big and small, we suffered a lot from the bitcoin price crash. If the lawsuit will win they probably we can see bitcoin goes up again and we can sell a portion of our bitcoin again.
