Hello! I have and idea for a new project and have means how to do it. I only need PR and community managers for my team. I'm not gonna hire programmers to create a code for smart contract of ICO, I'll do it myself. Thats why its a lot of ICO on the market nowadays, growing faster than a grass. However I hope some of them are made for something more than scamming

I think you need to give more details of what the ICO is about, any proof of concept. Indicate the calibre of team managers you intend to bring them onboard for your project. As we remember first web designers wrote code in notepad.
And step by step we now have very convenient apps.. and even child now can build a site without special coding experience

Nowdays everyone can create their own ICO eh. Yeah its no a bad thing, but still its like let a junior school students to drive a car, even if they can they still not ready for it. I just hope that you really serious in whatever you want to create, you dont even need a single devloper who can code. What kind of product you want to make ?

Yeah you can create your own token by using mywish, minerium service or ICOwizard. All of them require you zero experience in coding and all that. Bassically if you have money all thing will be easier for you. The only problem is to many people go to dark side and become a scammer cause they know fooling all that greedy investor is an easy job to do.
