Title: injustice of the highest degree
Post by: zulover on November 05, 2013, 08:50:47 PM
Today in the blink of an eye I was made into a scammer and my trust level downgraded to-5 for what?

For bidding on an item which I won but forgot I had bidded on theseller waited aday didnt try to pm me and just labled me a scammer!!

In my eyes an error like that which didnt cost him anything didnt deserve such a harsh response. Now I pmed the member explaining how I couldnt remember and also when I did recall the bid, explained my situation and offered some btc compensation for inconvenience and he doesnt even reply anddhe has posted today so has been online.

Can anyone help sort out this kind of situTion its unbearable how can I trade with that nasty labled attached. Please where are the mods??

It's barely been an hour and a half since you sent him a pm going by your post history, chill out.

And we can't help you.

It's your problem, sorry.
The trust system is not moderated. You could remove the user from your trust list so his feedback shows as untrusted.

but you're not labeled a "scammer". the rating only says to deal with caution.

Your only recourse now is to request theymos to remove him in the default trust.

Removing him from the trust list would remove what you see here: https://i.imgur.com/MIS2au3.png though his feedback will still remain in your trust list, it will just display as untrusted feedback.

Probably not, what I meant was to remove the default trust list from https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust then add at least one person you trust in that list.
