Bios editing. It's pretty safe to do when you have a bios switch.

My second favourite would be Ati Tray Tools, but it doesn't support multiple cards.

How can you leave off:
ClockTweak (http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=9982.0) from the BitCoin community's very own phelix?

I personally vote for ClockTweak.

Sapphire Trixx blew away MSI Afterburner once they released the version that could overvolt multiple cards.

+1 for ati tray tools for my card nothing else can underclock mem like it can

it does support multiple cards if they are the same.

That gives me a reason to switch, once I've got more than one card.
