China doesn't want ICO because they can't control it, they are afraid that bitcoin is so disruptive that they need to step up early to curb the Chinese people going crazy about it, thus they might lose control because its decentralizes. So that's what we all been suspecting of why the Chinese government suddenly turn its back against us. That's why he decided to move his family in the States to make more money because he can't do it no more in China with all the crackdown. And the Chinese government doesn't care if you get out of their country because you support ICO's. He also said that you don't need to buy a lot of bitcoin, a good 1 BTC and then hold if not for you but the future of your kids.
