With a market capitalisation of only 4 million the possible rewards are incredible!

My absolutely under the radar gem remains XTL and STP. Both privacy-centric cryptos offering triple protection layers and masternode features. Current price for both crypto is a steal right now

Sleeper coins need to be extremely special, and explode with community use, or merchant adoption, especially in the case of those privacy coins you listed. Do not say we do not need merchants. As long as there are few places to spend the coins, they will remain sleeper coins forever.

I do not have Leverj, but if I were to pick a coin from that list, that would be mine. Just because I feel that has the biggest reputation and awareness in that list.

This list of coins is looking pretty interesting especially for small investors. It looks like that you spent lots of time to choose these 8 coins.

Some good some bad, the purpose matters more than the price, I would say ravencoin is over valued based on it's purpose and trend.
Remember price per coin means nothing, 10 cents means nothing, the market cap is what matters.

Raven is at 28 million cap and has only climbed since release, it's nothing more than a messenger coin

for me omisego and appcoin are both has the capability to go high, both are on a very cheap price but will surely grow next year.

Blockport for a good low cap with huge potential, a lot of holders dumped on the Beta release which is typical buy at the news, sell on the day.
Offers some innovative things over other exchanges, decentralised wallet with control of your keys, fiat purchases, cross exchange system which will offer huge volume and a better buy/sell price, huge dev team of 22, partnership with Ark, partnership with Bunq bank, advisers from Deloitte and Osborne Clarke who are working with them and the Dutch central bank to ensure all legal measures are met, roadmap has been met so far and they've not started marketing the product.

Also rumours flying about that Ark will integrate Blockport in to it's wallet once the full exchange is live, it offers unique features and a very easy to use interface from the Beta media being published.

Market cap is very low for such a project and it's got very strong support in it's small community, it's the one coin I keep on throwing fiat in to, currently listed on Kucoin, it's got huge potential long term and I feel it will bring over 10x, some are labelling it the next Coinbase, only time will tell with that though.

The price is at the bottom now, slowly recovering, I personally don't mind if it sits low for a bit longer as I plan to buy more, the 12 month potential on this looks better than anything else out there in my eyes, this will be one of my longer term holds in the bear market while I margin trade on other coins.

If I'm wrong, it'll make me question myself more than any other decision to date with crypto.

Feel fortunate for sweeping some BPT off the market and into my wallet recently. Knockoff price compared to what the platform wants to achieve.

I can also name a few good ones that are below 10 cents and do seriously have a 10x potential, some of them are, wpr, mwat, snov, storm and cob.

I would also suggest you to add THUG as one of them as they are guranteed to have 1000% profits in 2-3 years, this coin is highly to moon soon but currently undervalued..so grab a whole lot of them now and wait to Lambo soon😍😍

Look at the project details for the coin and if they have funds for development. Telcoin has raised millions for their ICO hitting the hardcap and gaining a lot of followers. Less than 10 cents this project can get a high market cap when they get their first deal and others start to join in

Marketcap combined with how was issued.  If someone premined 50% and took half coins for themself and paid nothing that inflates market cap and is in reality way lower.  With ICOs is even worser.    If we talk about fair launched PoW coin then marketcap is great attribute to value them among each others.

Completely agree, the same for SHIELD, the marketcap is more than low at this moment, you can make more than x10 if someone buys a big amount of tokens, i think that this is the magic of low cap coins.

why does a 10 cent price matter? a coin with a supply of 100,000 at 6$ is a better bet than a coin with a much higher supply with a lower unit price.

but, mostly a sleeping giant have a great roadmap and vision in their project

I am bullish over Cappasity, I think Capp token will start to rise very quickly over the next few months, Its ATH was around $0.45 i think before the crash and its now at $0.04, so it might be an easy 10x. Cappasity as a company are very professional. There Twitter feed is always updating and they are very quick to answer any questions on there Telegram. Also they already have working products and a functional business. They have partners like Intel and NVidia so I can see $1 in the next few months. At the moment Capp is only on Cryptopia and kucoin so when it gets on binance or another big exchange it should rocket.

Ravencoin does seem like something that is being slept on at the moment. I would definitely buy it at a dip, or as a way to diversify my altcoin portfolio since it seems to be quite promising, and the community is pretty nice as well.

I'd also say that Ignis is a good buy under 10 cents, it has the potential to go into the top 100 mark even though currently it is nearly rank 180.

Remember that this list that OP gave is going to be extremely high risk, you don't want to invest in any single coins on that list without having a diversified portfolio first.

A few DPOS which will pay you back as a holder for voting that are very cheap right now are Onz, Oxy and LWF.

Oxy sometimes goes slightly over 10 cents but has been around that price point for a while.

Cappasity is nice also, i invested in the ICO though and it's dropped loads but i will continue to hold.

Daneel (DAN) has a huge potential imho, 34M circulating supply and only 1M market cap. Not the mention that they still have to release their final product which is looking pretty good

I'm still bullish on STP. Blockchain release is just round the corner, Q3 this year. However, in recent times, I've also added CAPP, MSP, and NBAI to the mix. Currently eying Holo and GEN

This is carefully selected list and I'm very bullish on Devery with a market capitalization of about 4 million, you can easily call it a low cap coin. They also recently signed a partnership deal with the United Nations.

just because a coin is under 10c.. does not make it a good buy :-\

look at circulation supply, total supply, hardcap and work out inflation of a coin..
work out how much volume is needed daily to maintain price levels

Bitwatt( BWT) is not in the top 100, and has the price of only 4 cents. The ICO price was 12 cents and it reached it's hardcap( around 30 Million dollars), and i think that the price of the token will reach at least the ICO price in the next couple of weeks or months

I think you'll have your own decision to invest in these cryptocurrencies or not :). But for me, I'll not try to risk my money by investing in these terrible cryptocurrencies. Of course I know that not only cryptocurrencies in top 100 are good to invest in but with these cryptocurrencies I can get a good return after holding for long time. There are so many other better choices.

In my opinion you should stay away from ICH,, a lot of issue with this cryptocurrency
better you choose xvg or SIA my friend  ;) the price from both crypto are under 10 cents

A summary of the coin would have been cool, but I'll check them out. It's hard to research all the coins out there, and it's even harder when you don't have any friends that can give you tips of coins that they researched. But assuming that you did do your research and have reasons to believe, then this is just as good.

You will be lucky if you have these in your wallet and the whales will pump it. I am not a fan of having alts with high risks and low potential yet it could be a x10 or x20 coin in tge future.
Gotta check your lists i might be interested with some.

every single project listed in the OP are long shot low probability gambles

of course the under 10 cents is completely irrelevant anyway

Some nice picks you have here! Just remember the $ value doesnt matter at all, its the market cap that truly matters.
Not sure if ICOs count as sleepers but here are a few that i'm deeply interested in personally.

The above three coins looks like what not to buy list. However good the roadmap or idea is on whitepaper, if its not trading on good exchanges, it will die. Just take a look at the above, even idex won't list them.

Ravencoin for sure
Received  a few million dollars in backing from Overstock.com, according to CEO Patrick Byrne in a recent interview with Business Insider, which was followed by a flurry of interest in the coin.

"We think this coin actually has quite a future. It’s about – it’s bitcoin, but a thousand times more energy efficient. And there's other real interesting virtues to it – so Ravencoin," Byrne said.

"What I hear – from the open-source community and on the message boards – I know what they are working on and it seems – it’s really quite a – I think it has – it was launched January 3 and it’s as this open-source project. And I think it has more – last I heard – the number of miners who are now working on it – or it has spread faster than any number of miners of any coin introduced. It's really quite a phenomenon this Ravencoin.
