Title: CARD WITH ARTIFACTS worth anything? Post by: andydabeast on November 06, 2013, 03:21:44 PM my friend has a 6950 2gb that he says produces artifacts after a couple min of use. So I have two questions (btw I mine LTC)
1- would this effect mining at all? or could I take this off his hands for cheap and just mine it into the ground? 2- I also have a 6950 2gb in my gaming desktop that I put to mine when I am not on my computer. Would it work to use my friend's as the SECOND card for cfx and plug my displays into my current card? Would I still see artifacts? thanks Title: Re: CARD WITH ARTIFACTS worth anything? I had an old 5870 that wouldn't even display a picture, it just displayed random gibberish. It mined fine.

plug it in 2nd card and see if it will mine :) |
