Title: BTC Guild scams me
Post by: DoRob on November 06, 2013, 03:23:05 PM
Hi,

I have done an order of two USB Block Erupters from BTC Guild for 0.44 BTC with international delivery to Germany.

Tracking ID is LZ656799628US (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action?tLabels=LZ656799628US), it was send on 26th September 2013.

After two weeks, I receive a letter from duty: they do not know the worth and need a proof. I sent the BTC Guild screenshot to them, they did not accept it and send the miners back.

A week ago, I sent a mail to BTC Guild, saying that the units must already arrive there and I want a refund of 0.44 BTC because it is their fault to send this units without any invoice. No answer!

Has someone the same?

If a admin reads here, please refund my order #4845 to my BTC Guild account DoRob so that I can payout the Bitcoins ASAP.

Regards
DoRob

Exactly, so until it gets back to the US I wouldn't refund a coin to you. I have nothing to do with the btcguild btw. You want a refund for merchandise that hasn't been returned. Now you are screaming scam...

It must arrive there already. It is 2-3 weeks ago  ::)

If not, why did they not answer?

Then i may have a question , why are these sites always originating from your server ? For example , bitsafe.at ?
Clear your name , provide sufficient proof. Why does an indepth research on the infamous Richard Reiber always end up on a domain linked with dorob ?

Now BTC Guild owns him.
Suggestions are welcome.

this thread is so much win already

1) when you got the email from customs why did you not just email eleuthria for a invoice and I am sure he would of provided you 1

2)  as pointed out https://www.btcguild.com/index.php?page=store&state=begin_order_intl  (Warning: International orders may require extra payment to receive your package due to taxes, custom dues, etc. Additionally, BTC Guild is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages.)

z) you know usps sometimes does not provide tracking info past customs. So you could be sitting with ya order and trying to get a refund as well. Might not be true but just saying

d) could of got lost see 2

could post more reasons but above should work.

and FYI. Eleuthria does read and respond to his mails.
