I have done an order of two USB Block Erupters from BTC Guild for 0.44 BTC with international delivery to Germany. Tracking ID is LZ656799628US (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action?tLabels=LZ656799628US), it was send on 26th September 2013. After two weeks, I receive a letter from duty: they do not know the worth and need a proof. I sent the BTC Guild screenshot to them, they did not accept it and send the miners back. A week ago, I sent a mail to BTC Guild, saying that the units must already arrive there and I want a refund of 0.44 BTC because it is their fault to send this units without any invoice. No answer! Has someone the same? If a admin reads here, please refund my order #4845 to my BTC Guild account DoRob so that I can payout the Bitcoins ASAP.
