You would probably get a lot more information from a forum instead of reading the wiki page. I'd value the info on a forum much more than a wiki page, but only if you go out and find that info on your own. Wikipedia is one opinion roughly based on biased references, the forum has thousands with all sorts of different references. Same for nearly anything, not just bitcoin. Coming onto a forum asking the most generic questions is not research, to get info from a forum you have to look through it yourself and draw your own conclusions. Learning to do this now will prove invaluable in your future, I can guarantee it. If you had spent any more than 5 minutes looking into bitcoin you would ask a lot more specific questions, it's blatantly obvious that you came straight here and posted this. Curious as to how you have a "basically finished" project on bitcoins when you don't even know what they are? If you already know, why ask again? Doesn't make much sense?
