Title: Tips for getting my Mt.Gox account verified?
Post by: Wardrick on November 07, 2013, 01:07:41 AM
Is there any person I can message to try to get my account verified. I've literally been trying for months through the support team and I get a different answer every time. All the documents I've given them are supposedly OK according to the person that I'm talking to, then they forward the message or some bullshit and then the other person says they can't accept it. I've sent a Priority letter to them with documents because they requested it but haven't heard anything for 2 weeks. I'm starting to get pissed off, I guess nobody really gives a shit when you're not on the receiving end. It makes me wonder if the owners of these kinds of sites purposely hire dumb people and make shitty guidelines so it's 10x harder to get your money. They obviously have never been at the mercy of some companies customer support team before, because if they have they would know exactly what they need to do. So either the owners of these comapnies like Skrill, MtGox, Pcgamesupply, etc, are getting richer off being stupid, or they truly don't care about their companies and whoever has a problem with their service. Please message me if there's anybody I can message to sort this out.

People use Gox because it's one of the biggest BTC exchange sites in the world. And most people don't have problems until they actually have something Gox will benefit from. This started months ago before all these articles about MtGox not paying, delaying payments, etc. came up. I've yet to hear somebody's account get closed out yet, but I'm sure that's the next thing there going to start doing.
