I wish to buy some BTC with an escrowed paypal service. I have $80 to spend. anytake

Escrow means nothing for Paypal, you can do chargebacks over 180 days after the payment.  If you want to get some BTC, withdraw the money and do a cash deposit on Localbitcoins.com

Only way they can dispute after 21 days is if they pay with credit cards if they send from balance and you are a trusted seller or make them leave note I have received my service if I chargeback I am scamming the seller. Paypal will be in your favor if funded by credit card immediately backout the deal.

This sounds like very bad advice.

It really doesn't matter if you leave that note, since trading Bitcoins is against Paypal's rules, they would still do the chargeback.

They don't need to know you are trading bitcoins.
