Yes guys , If I think an ico is scam where can I complaint it ?

That's only as far as bitcoin goes but other than that notifying other communities would be useful as well. Like reddit crypto communities for example. Other than that, potentially notify sites that list the ICO that it scammed.

I mean more serious complaint . It really depends on your jurisdiction and on the jurisdiction of the ICO in question.

It also depends on their claims, if the token can be classified as the security, were there any future gains claims etc.

In regard of the avatar: I was at this forum long before all that merit system and activity scores, and back than avatar was a basic good for everyone. Actually, I'm almost 6 years in, but I mostly read and post very rarely.

Mention it now so that we could know about it and spread the word...you can as well contact Websites that rate ICOs like ICOdrops, ICObench, ICOtracking, crownandsmith and many more not to list it, some youtubers like Ian Balina also review and advise on projects...we can keep fighting them in many ways including that
