how many people do you hope to have at this conference?
More importantly, how much do you plan to spend on electricity at this conference?

Well, if there's enough interest, let's vote on a time-frame, place (where it's really cold! :) ), create a planning group/committee, figure out costs and start.  sponsors, manufacturer representation/exhibits etc... may or may not be feasible for a first conference (initial lack of interest on their part?) but, it would change with time.  all the usual stuff and motions...

Judging from just a few replies, there's not that much interest?  everyone is busy checking their operations and/or protecting their rigs from "less" understanding significant others?
