Check out @zazarb's thread. He's a trusted member here, and I have done multiple deals with him.

🌟🌟✨[SELLING-BUYING BTC @preev+-%] Okpay, PM, Payeer,PP & Escrow service🌟🌟✨ (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1092531.0)

His rates are a bit higher than what you'd expect to sell for, but you can trust him, especially as a Newbie.

Obviously, it goes without saying that if you're accepting PP (reversible) as a payment option for your crypto (non-reversible) transaction, then you should only deal with reputable buyers who have positive trust ratings.

I've seen too many users here get scammed by working out deals in private, as well, so try to use this thread for transparency. And lastly, don't be impatient. Always assume that someone is out to screw you.

Just want to point out both sides to how the scam can work. Sadly this was how I jumped back into crypto.

Paid for BTC via paypal (my saving grace was that I used a credit card) They did not send the BTC and I realized I had been scammed. Paypal then told me I wasn't covered under buyer protection despite using "goods and services" for buying digital currency( might not have been the wording this was almost a year ago)

My credit card company did refund me, and I'm sure the scammers were never found.

In my experience,  if you see someone posting some weird dollar amount in btc they claim to have for trade,  like 981 , they probably dont have anything

Quite the contrary, for me. When users say they have something like $500 in BTC, I avoid dealing with them. USD doesn't fluctuate against BTC prices, so why would it surprise you for a user to have a "weird" dollar amount in BTC? You must not have a lot of experience exchanging bitcoin...
