Tom Lee says that Bitcoin stoping to fall on 17 April. What do you think about this?

Sorry for my bad, i dont know who is justin lee? Is he famous person can impact to crypto market?
Though he is famous person but i dont think he can say the certain date of falling crypto will stop on that date because as we know this market is unpredictable.

It's not easy to just predict the market, there are so many factors in play apart from just news and speculation
For example:

• We have people who will look to be selling as soon as the rise begins after long months of having their cash looked up in the red market hence you can witness a long resistance
• Others on FOMO will spread more FUD so as to keep the price low so as to jump into the ship

but as along term holder, there is no need to even worry when the price of bitcoin will rise because it will eventually rise

Whoever it is Justin lee, I strongly agree that Bitcoin will soon stop falling and rise in value, I strongly support it. because it has been too long Bitcoin decreased in price. but not so, he can determine an uncertain date is true. please tell me who it is Justin lee .. is he a big name in Cryptocurrency, so he is able to determine the time at which Bitcoin will stop falling ?!

I don't think bit I is predictable. It may be true that bitcoin would stop falling. But, who is Justin Lee? Is he a great person in cryptocurrency world? Cause I don't understand.

We all know on how volatile the market is and it can stop from correcting and start moving upwards or it will be stable for awhile and later on will fall.

It is very difficult to predict that bitcoin prices will stop falling April 17, 2018, because the rise and fall of bitcoin prices is influenced by various factors, why Justin Lee said so, whether he will buy all bitcoin suplay with high prices, I'm still not sure.

Hopefully, it would surely done or it would surely happened, as a bitcoin fan, I would rather step on what good future things that take on the side of cryptocurrency business most especially bitcoin, and if the price stops falling in that date being mentioned, so, I'm hoping that it will grow also. Hopefully the price grows up to the moon, so that peoole would enjoy their hardship and efforts of gaining and earning bitcoin. Because when bitcoin price becomes higher, it is a big opportunity to all of us to become happy of our works and efforts.

So why this guy don't sell everthing he has, houses cars before 16/04 and buy every single bitcoin he can?
I think is not possible predict the exact day when bitcoin will raise again. Looking at pasts 4 years q2 will be green but we don't know exactly if and when market will rise again.

everyone can predict the market, I also predict the market price will reach $1000B in 2018, but I don't listen to other people because that's is my investment, they can't return back your investment fund if the predict is not true, by the way, I believed that market price will stop falling and rising soon

But for me, I'm still believing that bitcoin will stop by falling and will gain his value again. But I can't say when it comes. As we know, we can't predict when things happens. All must we can do now is watch the market and keep believing that bitcoin will strike up again.

I don't care who it is Justin Lee. But obviously, anyone who says "Bitcoin will stop falling" I'm very happy to hear it that is the moment which I have long been waiting for. In spite of it all I remain optimistic bitcoin will return at its peak to repeat the history that ever happened.

Let us be honest to ourselves, no one can predict the price of bitcoin and when will it rise or fall. We all hopes that the dip will stop in crypto market but I just don''t want to believe whoever is Justin Lee. If it will happen, then good news for us. What I predict is that bitcoin will rise again and reach a new high value but it will happen in Quarter 4 to Quarter 1 of next year. Right now, value of coins will just fluctuate.

Where did you get this info? Any link that we can check. Who's Tom Lee btw? Proofs on why he said this anyway. Well, all of us are waiting for it so that alts will follow if this is true and green market will continue, I'll probably sell some of mine and will hold until Q4 of 2018.

Almost nobody has access to the kind of information that would allow them to predict the price 10 days out. The few people who do aren't going around sharing it with the world.

I also read that news, Tom Lee is a part of JPMorgan before and he says it because on April 17 is the tax day of U.S and he said investors will come again after that, hopefully its true.

That's just an unfounded prediction. I think Tom Lee does not like bitcoin because of unplanned fluctuations. Maybe he wants the bitcoin to collapse as quickly as possible because it's a very risky market.
Many experts have said that the Crypto market is bullshit and it is difficult to test the value of an altcoin. So investments seem to be blind investments, and there is no reason to be uncertain about the future.

No one can ever know when bitcoin price stop to falling down since the whole market are suffering from downtrend my own prediction it will last in the next few week, but its so great if we can see the price rising again stil waiting for that time finger crossed:)

So there are many replies up there and most of the people dont even know who this Tom guy is (even me)! This makes it look weird and proves only one thing, whatever this guy is saying no one will care and neither it will affect the bitcoin value at all. No one can predict the Bitcoin price 100%. Yes anytime the reduction of bitcoin prices will stop. And anytime it will rise again. But no one can predict the exact day,month or year of the price increase of different currency. If his prediction will happen on April then it is good news for everyone here..... I can't assume that April 17 2018 was the time bitcoin will stop falling. Because nobody knows when it comes. No one can't know predict what will be happen soon or later. We should try bitcoin and believe that soon or later, it will stop dropping and start gaining its value.

Who is this Tom Lee?? Nostradamus Version 2.0? Is he a prophet that can predict the future??

Whoever this is Tom Lee, we should put into our mind that nobody can predict bitcoin with 100% accuracy. Maybe he is doing this to counter the FUD's that are spreading across the internet. He is sharing some positive news so that bitcoin's price will rise that's it.

Who is Tom Lee? I think not only of him depends market.  There so many reasons.

Can you tell the cause? Without a cause there is never a result! Of course the time is not long, but need proof to convince!

When its come to predict, it's always hard.Many experienced people talk about bitcoin price very few of them was right.Not only lee there is many people who predict now for the future price like McAfee.Just keep in mind it's not 100% accurate and it never is .though the reason he gave to us, has a point.So let's see what happened and hope for the best.At least he doesn't want to eat his own male parts. :P

I also wish and pray for this to happen because this bearish market has gotten and it is really tiring. This is just an assumption or projection made by someone. We can only confirm and atest to this when it actually come true but I wish it come true.

What can I do? I can just agree to it, if that happens. Hoping that the crash will stop soon. Dumping of prices at some point is good but if keeps going on it will just bring us headaches. He has some point. Even without the tax day or whatever, I think prices have fallen long enough now for there to be a short term adjustment upwards in price. The consolidation at the current level has been going on for a long time, and it's much more likely that we experience a small bull run before dipping further down to the eventual bottom.

But just because he said this, doesn't mean that this is 100% guaranteed to happen, even though he is a whale. Prices may have gone up today simply because he had announced this in the news, and he's just taking advantage of this rise in price for his own positions.

But his bitcoin misery index is pretty much at an all time low, and that's something that I think is quite accurate. Therefore, whether or not we may be going down further in price, it's a good time to start loading up.

hopefully this can happen because given the Mt Gox condition that I hear still choose more than 100 thousand pieces of bitcoin, but hopefully with many buyers from around the world who buy bitcoin can beat Mt Gox that has that much.

if this is true, in my opinion will not last long. according to my analysis, if we want the price to continue rising, we have to break the price above $ 10,000 in the near future. we will not forget the role of the market that must be pumping the price from now.

Just a sort of another maybe but the real fact is we cannot tell on what will happen by that time since there are so many factor that needed to look with, But in the case bitcoin fall will stop at that time and pump will came we will surely earn the real profits and market will became green again. Its just a baseless claim without any theories to it this way even I can predict when it will rise and say sorry when it is unable to fulfill that condition. One of my theory is that as the tax paying day of the US is coming close so chances are that BTC might only revive in the second half. But there are two theories to it. one is that people might try to declare more income in order to be on the safer side for which they will withdraw money or on the other side they might end up saving everything in their cold storage so that nothing is visible to the government. If the first situation does happens we will see a sharp decline in price while if the inverse happens then you might see an increase in the price.

You can predict when will bitcoin fall or rise, if you have the ability to sense the the latest news/fake news that can affect market, and I don't know john lee is.
To be able to know either if bitcoin is falling or not we should stay active in bitcointalk or other sites that gives latest updates.

I'm still not so sure about it, some say if the May market will recover again. But if it's true April 17 the market will stop falling, then I believe the May market will return to the moon. Still looking forward and still holding back from selling it so far. Hopefully patience will get a sweet result later.

We just pray this repeated itself this year again as the current downward trend is worry some and we need to see more positive movement from now than this bearish market. Bitcoin is going to recover and we need to hold what we have in other not to sell at loses.

I was thinking the music star, Tommy Lee but regardless I think he is just referencing the tax return date.  Anytime sellers share a common point of failure or reason to sell, we can expect weakness like too much water in the sand the ground becomes liquid :p    Even while buyers exist the supply is greater I guess so price becomes uncertain and sold, crowd tends to follow the most obvious trend and go to the nearest support levels like a railing in the dark.   17th could well be a new day however I think globally we have many trends in play

Ok this is what I'm suspecting why Lee is very bullish about bitcoin, it has something to do with the filing of tax. So when everything has settled already, he was expecting that people will then have the cash to pour into the market because tax season is over.

I don't know though if we can get to it by April 17 or one month later. But what I really do believed is that just maybe, more investors will have renewed their interest on the market once they have settled everything specially their tax duties.

I do not believe on this date but I rather would believe on people if they start holding and keep buying automatically btc will rise. But overall if btc start rising in April it would be the best thing to happen for all the investors awaiting form long time.

Bitcoin will stop falling if we have a sufficient demand from people,
right now we are out of demand due to set back that we got from previous pump.
many people feel afraid about it and some of them hesitated to join the train again or at least until now they are not ready yet.
it's just matter of time until we stop it and moving up just like before.

There is already sufficient demand, but not in the way we experienced it last year. It was fomo ruling the market resulting in more artificial demand, plus the fact that people were holding their coins firmly as well, resulting in less available on-exchange coins. Fomo demand combined with a near dried out market is the perfect mixture to feed a bull run for a longer period of time. We are back at levels that can be seen as normal, but people still need to realize that. For the first time in months I have the feeling that the value is perfectly suited for what we have gone through last year. If people think that $20,000 is something we all deserve, then they are nothing more than get rich quick noobs....

It is possible to speak everything but at the same time nobody can give convincing proofs. When referred to the specific date I do feel funny. I think that people are very tired of the constant fall in prices for all cryptocurrencies and are ready to believe in any miracle. This is a dangerous period because whales can take advantage of it.

Only one person cannot single handedly control the movement of Bitcoin and other altcoins and if it is a prediction that Bitcoin market value will no depreciate then i will not believe in the prediction because the trend is determine by the fources of demand and supply and if an upward trend will commence buy that 17th April then that doesn't stop market correction in the process.

i agree of what you say that bitcoin is hard to predict but i expect a radical rise by the end of this month..this rise will be felt by new investors and can be appreciated by them but for those who have invested in a more expensive capital and has been losing since the beginning of this year i dont think they can cover the loses but i think they too can feel this and might appreciate this upcoming rise too..

This kind of news that we should believe in. Currently, Bitcoin is increasing and I believe that what Tom Lee said was true. So, we see now some green colors in the market and I think this will continue within this week.

today Bitcoin slightly overcame 7000 dollars, But after some time again fell to 6600. I think that Bitcoin hangs on this indicator. Whatever the forecasts, it is not always two-fold and they can be interpreted in different ways.
