Hoping to get 1 : 1 or a small fee is fine I know I am new so I am fine with using a middleman or escrow but you pay fees as I have no extra money or we can do 2 payments of 10$. (Whatever floats your boat.) :P I really would like this as soon as possible. I know this must look somewhat sketchy as I am new so that is why I am fine going with a MM or whatnot. Go on Localbitcoins.com and see if you can find a cash deposit that will do it for that small of an amount, or just buy something to trade (Like a gift card).

Also: As I've said many times, escrow means nothing with Paypal as they can chargeback 180 days after the payment. Go on Localbitcoins.com and see if you can find a cash deposit that will do it for that small of an amount, or just buy something to trade (Like a gift card).
