You are safe for now but it's better if you stake your address as the next email might be that your password has been changed and finally email address has been changed
Don't believe me check this : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3278927.0

Unless, you were registered before the 2015 database leak then it's likely your own fault that your account is being compromised to attacked.  Your either using a weak password or a password which you use elsewhere which may have been compromised. Check HaveIbeenpwned with your email to make sure that it hasn't been leaked, if so you need to change your password on everything you use it for.

It's good to regularly change passwords, but it's not something people often do.

Seems to be most likely a leaked service like faucet or exchanger, where same email as here was used.  Wasn't email database hacked on cryptopia recently? Passwords were not leaked.
Lucky are those, who have secure passwords and don't use same passwords on different sites.

i got breached in the 2015 bitcointalk hack so my email and passwords are out their but ive changed passwords a few times since then. im not sure what use a password reset would be to try and infiltrate an account unless they had the connected email password aswell but im fairly confident its not been breached.
