Apparently only BitPay to BitPay is allowed. I tried making transfer into another wallet on a separate website but I am unable to do so. BitPay to BitPay is common to me, BitPay to any other wallet seems would be a bit critical to do but it's very much possible. i hope experienced people would help you in comments.
