How much money have you invested in bitcoins and altcoins? What's your purpose investing in cryptocurrency?  Are you investing only for earning money?

Until now I invested more than $100k to cryptocurrencies. I think mine is just a small amount because there are many big investors, we call whale, they invest millions and billions USD to cryptocurrency. For them, this is a new market and easy to make profit. They can pump and dump price following their purpose.

I've invested 400$ to Ethereum. I've 1 Eth now. I'm holding it until the price got doubled or tripled so that i would have good profit. Im still believing that Eth will conquer this storm and stand still and start gaining its loss price value before. Patience is a virtue. Holding tight your tokens my friend.

I'm not majorcoin investors honestly, But i just try to make various invesment through various icos. I just try to make more and more money as much as possible to reach the early demand from the new coin after it was being listed on the exchange site. I earn more than 500k in a year through this way. Because the major crypto can't generate a lot of money just in short time.

I have invested a good amount of money in crypto. Most of money is invested in bitcoins followed by ETH and ripple. I am always looking for alt coins with good potential to add to my investment.

1,000 USD as of now and falling when market is falling. So, when its happening I do not do anything just wait for it to make its magic.

My first is I would love to earn and to share it with my family and invest it in more things
Second, is to learn because just to be true here when I read and invest I learn.
No Execpt for family I still have dreams here with the help of money

1. Read everything about tge altcoin

2. Same as btc read it but the past history of market

3. Hold or invest? That would be up to you

4. Give it a shot to know what it would be. Trading or bitcoin?

I really don't know how much I invested. I am currently holding 3 type of coins. I have bitcoin which I think I invested $ 500 now. Ethereum, $ 100 and MNX $250 I think. I'm not sure how much because when I earn a from a bounty campaign, I immediately buy some coins.

I invested my own part on cryptocurrency, although it is not much, but it is worth something. The main reason why I lnvested is because it is decentralized

I have invested around 10000$ in different coins, but the investment keeps on changing.
My first target was to make profit equivalent to my investment. That was the time when I played safe. Now that my initial investment has been recovered, I go all out and take as many risks as I can.
For obvious reasons, alts have given me more returns than btc. The coin which helped me earn the most was TRX. I had bought it during the initial phase and was able to sell it at peak.
I strongly feel that once an individual has recovered the investment, it is better to play with profit because the bigger the risk you take, the bigger the profit you make.

I have made investment in the alternative coins for long term investment around $2800 ( i put the money in bitcoin) $3000 in some ICOs projects and around $4000 to be invested in trading altcoins usually on binance and bittrex, my purpose investing in cryptocurrency based on the profit due to there are no local store which accept the cryptocurrencies as payment options for right now, but i hope in the future i can spend my cryptocurrencies for a cup of coffee and tea.

I invested around 1000 $ on November and ultil this time, it's still remain 1000$, lol, i regret because i don't sell all when my coin reach ATH in December and Jan  :(

when i staerted to invest i put first 2000$ then the next day another 1000$ and so on . i think in the first week i put like 10k$ but i cannot tell you a tottal. but what i can tell you is that 10k$ is a minimum safe investment to make money. if you put less you make less money :D

I have invested in the market for about $ 5000 for the original purpose of x10 with that money and I did it. My current goal isn't just to make money, but to learn more about new markets like crypto, and I see this as a fertile market with a wealth of knowledge about new financial technologies. It really attracted me two years ago and until now I have seen it as a real job

I haven't invested anything in cryptocurrencies. My goal was not to use my own cash anyhow. That's why I started participating in bounties. You can hardly find such an occupation nowadays which can bring you decent amount of money. For me crupto provides such opportunities.

I think that if you are a beginner in the crypt, you should not invest a lot of money at first because it's normal to understand what is happening in the market

I have invested $ 10000 in cryprocurrencies (I have bought various coins like ripple, NEM, stellar, cardano, tron, verge, cindicator, siacoin). The sole purpose of my investment is to make good profit and fulfill my dreams. I want a house, a car and other things that are essentials in my life. And I am confident that I will have all these things.

Most of the people invest in the crypto markets for money purpose only. There are very few people who invest due to the decentralized nature of the cryptos and the freedom it provides to own your money. And revealing how much money someone has invested online isn't ok.

Well, since I'm not really that rich. I've invest like 750 USD in bitcoin and Altcoins.because ,by investing in Altcoins is one way of securing my future.and that is my believe.

I started my investment with six hundred dollars, when I bought one etherium. I did not know about bounty companies and airdrops, they can earn more money for work than simply investing. It is always necessary to combine investing and bounty companies and airdrops.

My purpose to invest is to arrange retirement funds as government has stopped pension for my job. I think I would easily achieve the set target if bitcoins survive for next 30 years.

i don't know exactly about my total amount, around $3000 i think. i buy 3 different coins at the end of last year, they are Oyster (PRL), NEO, and ethereum. as i see they are coins which have potential in the future.

My investment goal in it, for me very safe to use, and also very good get a lot of profit, if I save in low profit bank and also long time we get, so we prefer to save bitcoin money.

I started trading in Desember 2017. And have invested 20,000$ in crypto. Something that i regret that i have done. I have bought all the dips from Jan to now. Holding is the most stopid thing to do in this bear market. Swing trading is a better option i think (sell high buy low) i wont add a $ until the market recovers to 700b.

I am down 50% so now i am in a semi desperat trading mode. I move all my $ between tether and 1 coin (pumps) trying to get back my lost profit. For now i am all in on Verge (XVG) hoping to double up and maybe get out of the crypto market. And i can buy back in again when the market recovers.

I have invested $10000 till now. My portfolio is divided like I invested 50% my capital in Bitcoin because bitcoin is the king of all this crypto market and its the mother currency of all cryptio currency and bitcoin is every green currency, it have bright future , Other 25% capital I have invested in Ether because all ICO using ether platform for their tokens and ether demand will increase in future. Other 25% I have invested in good altcoins like GVT, NEO and Steller. Now market is down side I have to wait some time for profit.

I invested about 2000 dollars. But I shared the money to altcoins that i believe like ETH, NEBL, INS. Just %10 in BTC.

The rewards I got from joining in social media campaigns and bounties are the money I used for investing in bitcoin and altcoins, I think its around $500 since I didnt spend my fiat money to buy cryptos. From there I managed to make it grow, majority of my coins were for long term hodling but I take profit at times. Well the main purpose why I invest is to earn, but aside from that its also beneficial to me particularly btc because I also use it to transfer money abroad its way convenient compared to going in remittance center.

I spend my 50 percentage of the money in both bitcoin and altcoins. But my purpose of investment is earning money not only me everyone expectation is profit. So I am decide to invest in long term I maintain my investment in more than two years. This crypto platform is always supporting to me and Bitcoin strategy is still unpredictable so l am continue to hold my investment.

I am a regular investor and put money at several intervals and always enter when market is in bearish mode and everyone seller but i am a buyer in that situation and it will give me decent profit every time in a short span of time.

Don't you think holding 1 btc is kind of more secure than investing it into various coins? Especially now, when the market is very unstable..
You say your portfolio is 'way down' and 'all in profits' at the same time? One thing is if you still have those btc, then you surely have your profits even now. If you had 5 btc at $5k and invested them is some coins - well, you might be not so profitable.
I've been working for signature campaigns for like 2 years and all this time gave me 1 bitcoin altogether. Of course, as I needed this money, I don't have anything even close to that sum right now. But that was me investing time and work power into coins. As for money, I never bought btc, but I did buy eth, ltc, iota, blackmoon and some other coins. I spent like $75 for all of that and earned about $350. Yet if I did nothing and just had my btc, I would most likely have more than that. So I invest in coins not to earn money, but rather to try out some strategies and get some taste of investing as well as trading.

I invested $ 200 in october 2017, received a profit about +300 $. Then because of my unstable young psyche, in a panic I sold in minus. Then in December 2017 I invested in bitcoin for 12k $ about 1000 $  ;D. Right now I'm waiting for growth. A total of about 1200-1300 $

I do not spend money to invest, in crypto I only have internet capital, I am looking to start from the garbage and finally get the money for investment despite being fooled, and now I'm looking for free money for me ;D

I invested in cryptocurrency only for the purpose to make money and I did. But this blood bath have made me loose quiet a huge amount too. Am hodling till market get better.

if you make 2K$ a month and invest 100$ a month in crypto because you believe in it for the long the term, it's not the same thing as someone who earns 10k$ a month and invest 100$, it's literally no money for him.

Just recently i bought 500 usd worth of Telcoins. Every month an average of 300 usd worth of investment.

I am just a beginner, invested like 100$, I just want to get away of my job and just deal with crypto world. Learning and educating myself.

yes of course 'cause no one will risk money if doing investment can't multiply money simple as that.  And by the way talking about how much money require to invest then the answer is its up to you if you can afford it but always note that doing investment is very risky so must buy what amount you can afford to lose and also don't forget to don't put your all eggs in one basket to save your money incase when the market suddenly turn to red for long time like nowadays.

I don't have the courage to invest this much money in cryptocurrency. you are really great mate. I do believe in cryptocurrency but I don't like to put all my savings in cryptocurrency. I invested only how much i can afford and i am holding both bitcoins and altcoins but don't know exactly how much i invested in bitcoins and altcoins. Now i stopped to buy altcoins now only investing in Bitcoins.

I started my trip to the crypto world with a sum of $ 2000, it was 2 years ago and it seemed to me a very large sum. I also took part in bounty programs.

In the worst scenario, I could recover from that situation, but I advise people to invest only what they can afford to lose. I would like to retire with crypto, but if I don't it would be still ok.

1000 USD in ETH and 500 in NagriCoin.

When i know about Bitcoin in 2,5 years ago, i started to make invest in it about $400 so i was get 1 BTC at that times, the price of BTC in 2015 was around $300 to $400. I try to make profit by trading and finally i get some profit, and every month when i got salary i keep 30% of that and used to buy BTC. And finally that money make me have enough amount to build house now.  Iam investing offcource to make money and to have knowledge about cryptocurrency and trading.

Yes being a trader must start at small amount so that soon you can learn and have more profit. Besides little amount of investment can make your brain relaxed and more courage to have.

There is no fix amount I invested I do invest whenever I have extra funds and it depends on market trend also but I always look for bearish market it gives more opportunity than bullish market. In bearish market  we get many good opportunities to buy good coins at cheap value. Yes I think we all have same purpose of earning money as well as grow our portfolio too.

Its not wise to keep on putting money into crypto all the time. Most people that I know have even taken out their initial investment just to be safe. I on the other hand have not taken any fiat out yet, but then I am comfortable with the kind of money that I have kept locked in.

I invested 20% in bitcoin, 20% in ETH and 60% in other cryptocurrencies. I think this is the most appropriate ratio for investment.

Not much to be honest (at least not much for western standards). I have had a plan to invest every month 100 bucks but then I started bounty hunting so the earnings from my bounty activities replaced my fiat investments over time.

Tell me mate, is all these bounties are good at making more money as a income. I see most of the expected bounties are get the successful face in the market. We need to check the project how they have been used to promote the project on social and other platforms.

But, that aside, I do think that EGEM will be worthwhile. I've just deposited a paycheck amount oF money in order to increase my stack. The coin is NOT an erc20 clone, but rather, it's an eth clone. It's its own coin.

Most of my money are from bounties, and some of my money from bounties are used for my daily expenses. I have invested some of my money on some altcoins, I don't actually hold them for too long because I am only into day trading. Altcoin  and bitcoin investment is really good because it can be profitable even if it is just a short trade.
