The vouch he got is from a new account which is probably a fake vouch he gave for himself. Don't be surprised when Amazon sends you an email saying you are using gift cards purchased from stolen credit cards. Depending on your account history, they will either give you a final warning or close your account. When something is too good to be true it probably is!
