Instead of asking this question in this thread, you should visit a good and reputable ICO website which would list all the things that you need to read. I don't think you should trust word of just any random member over here and the best way for you to make your investment would be through those professional websites. What is the point of them putting so much effort into evaluating a company's profile if we guys are going to ask such questions here.
On the other hand if you are just looking to invest in some coin, you should definitely check IOST token. It is already listed across every big exchange and you would find no trouble in buying it.

Every day there are more and more new projects of ISO. Most of these projects are of no use to people and do not solve specific problems. Therefore, the search for promising ISO projects is a very difficult task.

I would trust ICO that has a working product or a beta. There's so many vaporware out there. Some of them end up being scams or having no progress.

to date, you can use the resources, where they display the rating of ico companies. But even in this case, you yourself need to do a very thorough analysis of a particular project. if you view reviews about different ico companies, it is the DACC that receives a lot of positive praise.

Since there are lot of scam ICOs in the crypto space then I will advise you to forget about investing in ICO. I will suggest you buy the token when it hit exchange because 90% of ICOs today enter exchange below ICO price.

But I’ll also like to let you know that not all of them succeeds, some of them usually ends up as a failure and you yourself are probably going to lose in that. the fact is that currently there are a lot of ico that is supposed to be good but due to the unfavorable market conditions, ico is currently not so much able to benefit investors in the short term

Maybe it's better ICO when Ethereum prices are at the lowest price for this year around 170 USD.
If the price of Etheruem goes up, the price of the ICO token in the market will rise.
