Title: Good time to invest at $7,000?
Post by: HappyHelen on April 09, 2018, 09:13:25 AM
Bitcoin price is around $7,000 right now. People are asking me if this is a good time to invest. A couple of days ago the price was around $6,500. That will be a better price to buy Bitcoins:  Bitcoin Price (https://www.coinranker.net/cryptocurrency/bitcoin). Nevertheless $7,500 is in my opinium still a low price to invest.

Yes, 7000,-/ BTC is a really good price for investing. You can Invest just part of your money and If BTC will go lower, Invest again.

They were already calling this a dio so why not? I guess that means it is at a lower price now if they really felt it to be lesser than what they are expecting.

But in my opinion, it is a good time to buy and will always be. It is just that time where it shoots at 19k which is really questionable. It is too fast to believe in.

This is right time to invest in Cryptocurrency because this will slowly rise in the Crypto market so it will never dump in this week. If you believe the Bitcoin as soon as possible invest or you are confused in future possibilities you should analyse one more time but some little fluctuation is possible in future.

Bitcoin are stable for days now on $7k level and I think buying on this level can still be profitable especially in long term. This might be a new support of bitcoin price and I hope that it will start to pump now so grab this opportunity before it soar high again.

I think we should buy now that bitcoin is still at the $7,000 area and sell when the price move up again. I think we are seriously at the moment of indecision and the wise traders will always taking the advantages of this moments to buy more coins and hold them for a very long-term before selling

See if you are planning to invest your money in bitcoin then you can wait for some time as we might witness another dip within few days days and prices can go down up-to low as $6000-$6500 so you can invest then. But if you want to invest now at $7000 its also the best time as you will gain huge returns in future. The prices of all the coin are down at this time hence this is the best opportunity for all the traders to avail the chance and get profits after hodling for long term.

Bitcoin is simply a profitable project if you invest in Bitcoin at any price you must be profited maybe the time can differ but you will be profited so at the price of $7,000 is obviously a good time to invest.

I think that buying around $6300-$6500 is safe and buying between $6500-$7000 could be profitable in medium term. Of course, imo in long term holding is always profitable  ;)

I am opposed to people calling long-term holding of coins investments. For me, this is a kind of speculation. Investing is buying shares or ICO tokens. But I never blame speculators. Any way of earning money has the right to be if it is not associated with abuse. But it seems to me that the long-term bitcoin holding has no prospects for income generation. The price of coins can not grow indefinitely.

If for long term, i agree with you, if for short term , this is maybe still a risk so much. At least BTC will go around 6k-7k for 1 month more, then who know they will have some crash because of some speculation?

The ranges you point out are too insignificant to be taken seriously, even when it comes to the short term. Everything below the $7000 level is a great short term buy, especially so with the support around the $6000 level. There are obviously no guarantees, but I very much doubt that $6000 will be broken through. Currently the market is being kept around current levels on purposely. For a few days there hasn't been one single dump taking the market down, which on its turn allowed the market to slowly climb up to $7175. At that moment the well known single dump happened taking the market down again -- this is pure manipulation to keep accumulating below $7000 for a longer while....

The price has increased significantly after every block reward halving. Supply & dekand, when there is less coins available to buy the price increases. That’s not a scientific fact but I think we will definitely see 6 figure USD valued bitcoin’s in a few years.

The price right now is unpredictable, but the price is playing around $6k to $7k if you can buy lower than $7k just keep your bitcoin and wait for months if the price reaches above $8k you can sell it to make a profit and if you are short trader better to start buying with the current price, the current price right now is $6,709 so you can make profit if you buy right now and sell later if the price reaches $7k above just sell it to get benefits while the price is like a roller coaster and buy again if the price drop again.

People will always ask this same question regardless of bitcoin price, I have even seen many thread few years back asking whether its good to invest at bitcoin at $900 or $1000. Just in a year we are at $7k and still many people fear to invest in bitcoin just because of FUD about ban of crypto in few small asian countries who are just unaware of bitcoin potential.

Waiting at the lowest value to buy is a mistake ,the price can't be easily predicted even a few days bitcoin value between 6000-8000 no more than that daily trading is very profitable if you do it ,this is the right time to buy and will continue the exact price of bitcoin in this year will continue to grow up 15000 more

Indeed.
The ranges cited above are dedicated especially for users trading Bitcoin everyday for quick gain without having to wait too much to buy & sell.
Of course every satoshi under $7000 is valuable, i would go far and say under $10k or even above ;)

Bitcoin looks under-priced at $7,000 per coin. An asset which is having 100 million users and protected from inflation deserves a better exchange rate and market capitalization. So I would recommend a strong BUY advice for Bitcoin at the current levels.

there is a golden rule about buying and selling that says "sell before the drop and buy before the rise". when you do each of these after their time you are taking a bigger risk. for example when you sell after the drop happened and price went down some considerable amount, you are selling too late and risk not being able to buy back at the best discount.
same is true about buying, when price is at the bottom and staying there, that is when you should buy not after it started rising up. by then you are facing a couple of risks: 1. risk of not getting the best price 2. risk of getting caught in a bull trap.

It is under $7,000 and it's a good time to invest time. Tell those people who are asking you that it is a yes, it's a best time to invest.  And with the good news that are coming out like these;
Soros, Rothschild, and Big Institutional Investors are Entering Bitcoin Market (https://www.newsbtc.com/2018/04/08/soros-rothschild-big-institutional-investors-entering-bitcoin-market/)
First Soros, Now Rockefellers’ $3 Billion Firm to Invest in Crypto (https://cointelegraph.com/news/rockefellers-vc-arm-venrock-partners-with-coinfund-exec-highlights-focus-on-long-term)

It is a good time to buy Bitcoin specially at $6,600 USD to $6,900 USD range then once BTC climb to $7,100 USD think if you are willing to let it go then wait for price to drop again to $6,600 USD. Price of Bitcoin is going on a roller coaster ride lately and for some reason it not going up to $8,000 USD just $6,600 USD to $7,300 USD. If you are into scalping, its a good time to do your scalping now.

Depends on your time frame and personal outlook.   Its never smart to borrow to place money into crypto, thats bad business for everyone because it creates forced sellers later when really we need people who can hold when the price is volatile.   Generally Bitcoin is a volatile priced market because it is such a new technology I think thats normal.

Right this moment pricing is quite calm.  I've outlined on this chart, a previous downtrend and then percentage recovery to the current price vs that decline.  Its a reasonable way to compare strength and I think also fits into the price quite well so showing some accuracy hopefully.
Let me know if you need any further explanation but to answer the question it seems a reasonable area long term.  The best way to reduce risk is to buy regularly not just once only

Over the long term I'd say that anything below $8000 should turn out to be a good buy.

However, I don't think that the current dips are over yet. So if you expect to profit straightaway, don't enter the market now as the bear market is probably not yet over at the moment. There is a chance that bitcoin will only hit rock bottom once the price reaches as low as $4k or so.

If you're looking to accumulate right now, then you're already making a really smart decision compared to most others, as you're not panic selling or buying into the hype. I would recommend buying some at or below the $7k level as it is decently cheap, but hold onto some investment funds for future dips, so that you don't buy at one price point and get yourself locked into a potentially disadvantageous position.

The price of bitcoin has been stable for like 1-2 weeks from now. It has been sitting on the $6,800 mark and only a small increase/decrease has been made. Personally, now is the perfect opportunity to acquire more coins while the prices are still low in order to take advantage of its potential price skyrocket in the future. Just to add, do not sell your bitcoins on a price lowered from what you acquired them, EXCEPT when you are financially struggling. Though the decision primarily depends on your status, at least this would mitigate the damage incurred in the future.

I am opposed to people calling long-term holding of coins investments. For me, this is a kind of speculation. Investing is buying shares or ICO tokens. But I never blame speculators. Bitcoin may either be for short or long-term but the market has been showing some price increases on a small margin. I guess that short term investment may be the ideal thing to maximize for the realization of profits compared to long term.

Not giving a financial advice (DYOR) but in case you are planning to hold your bitcoins for a couple of years you will defensively make a significant profit. Bitcoin should reach 100k in the upcoming years. The only question is when will it happen. As for the near future we may see bitcoin drop in price even more (to 5k, 4k, 3k, who knows?). I personally just buy a little bit of bitcoin once in a while using money that I'll otherwise would spend on some worthless crap or junk food. Everybody has this habit of spending money. So spend it wisely - buy bitcoins!  8)

Actually the price of bitcoin is not yet reach 6500$.The lowest value raised is 6592$,it's nearer to 6500$.Check the below link to get more information.

If you are buying bitcoin for your future.I will suggest you this is the best time for that. The price is reduced due to some FUD in the market. Now the price is below 7000$,so it's better to inverse now .If you had a plan to inverse at 7000$,you are forced to spend some more dollars. You can buy bitcoin now.

Well it may still get lower that what it is now and probably a good thing to do is to invest sparingly. Try to test the waters. Again we can't predict how the price will move so don't be hasty. Invest some now, then a little more if the price drops again.

No one can know if this is a dip or not, it is a market and anything can change but comparing to the last value at the ATH, this is a very good time to start accumulating. I still believe the market is not going to be starting a bull run immediately and there would be a plenty of time to really accumulate, but like I said, it is the market, we can only speculate but at the end, whatever would happen will still happen. Whoever wants to go long however, I believe will be making moves now.

If you have those money you should definetly invest  in bitcoin becouse he will grow a lot in the future and you will make a lot of profit . Don't assume that just because the price is going up now that we won't fall back down. This market has perfectly demonstrated that everything can happen within a very short period of time.

People here always adjust their sentiment based on how the market moves. It's just days ago where people were speculating about the market to dip below the $5000 mark, and now they believe in $10,000 again.

It once again shows how infested this market is with get rich quick noobs. People are happy as long as the price is going up, but when a normal correction follows, they suddenly act like it's the end of Bitcoin. ::)

This sums that the whales are always getting that advantage by bringing the normal minds or amateurs mind in trouble anticipating that it goes that way as they think.

This is the time for real celebration because we have waited so long for making bitcoin come to this point and start increasing in value. There is no way for bitcoin to come down in value now because it has already dumped for so long that too damn bad. This is the time of happiness for the supporters of bitcoin because their favorite coin has started a journey for the recovery of its high prices.

It is appropriate to invest in $ 7,000 which now spikes over $ 8,000 that will last longer and may increase and pump, along with the increasing volume of demand, of course I strongly advise to immediately buy at any price today ignore what is negative, because the sustainability of the price will last long and increase and must believe with the positive trend everything will happen.

I think $7,000 is the best price to invest in bitcoin and I hope bitcoin will fluctuate 10,000 usd by this spring season.

What we are having now has been some crazy market and it is understandable when some are still looking for a much better price for bitcoin and at the end they still end up missing this one anyway. The same way people get greedy at the top buying into fomo is exactly the same way the get greedy not buying at dips and looking for a lower price.

The market is unpredictable and the way they can play safe is to buy small, and if they get lucky to see it lower, buy more and so on. For years I am doing so and making use of all the fluctuations by following this simple strategy. In some sense it is kind of averaging the buying prices in down market conditions.
