Reason
There are lots of great altcoin products and services. Sometimes a few devs have built a fab product, but due to lack of marketing, there is little or no adoption. The hard work is not rewarded. Marketing is a different skillset and hard in the real world!

Alliance Idea
If each altcoin product gets x unique visitors each day, by being part of a larger alliance, there would be reciprocal traffic that benefits all members x+y. The more members the greater the collaborative punch. This would be useful for small and medium sized development teams.

Listing is free.

That is, do you offer a platform for advertising new projects, altcoins? How will your platform attract Internet traffic?

Our website does offer the platform to list new projects + altcoins. If it is a real product or service then we will add it to the site for free. We are just starting but have plans to market this site and drive quality traffic. Also as the membership grows, each member will hopefully also promote being part of the alliance. This will bring extra traffic to the site that will be beneficial for the wider membership too.

Ideally the submisisions should be made by the devs or authorised project members. However sociallising here as there are more altcoin users - so it will require them to flag up to their respective devs and projects of altcoinalliance.org.

There is this recent trend of people swarming over projects that has no real life application nor does it solve any present problem in blockchain technology but because they have a good company backing or a celebrity endorsement like in Centra, has a well presented announcement page with good graphic and command of English. Most organizations of late, just comes into Crypto ecosystem to raise funds to either develop new companies or expand existing ones. That would be a nice idea to help spread the word about real projects because a lot of good programmers that coulnot find good sponsors whom has no intention of exploiting their skills and hardwork are already losing faith in the development of blockchain technology

Agreed. With so many projects being launched every day, processing through the noise is becoming extremely difficult. I took some time to put some placeholders onto the site (so it is not a blank page). Would be interested in what you thought were some of the good small projects that are currently in flight? In addition to the main coins/tokens projects, I would also like to use the site to promote the best crypto tools available that users to this forum should have as default.

I think this type of project is the best one, the dev team working hard in the background to deliver what it was promised. I'll keep an eye on this one.
