Post it on main scam accusation forum or main bitcoin discussion forum too, so more people notice it.

when you are sending mass mail via your own SMTP server, you can use any domain name as send from. Even if it looks like it been sent from bitcoin.org it does not mean it been sent from bitcoin.org. if you can check headers of that email, you will see that IP is different.
