I guess down to very low volume at the moment but the price is very stable around 6750. Never seen this recently.

Calm before the storm or just another sign that people have moved on?

The past 3 days have seen the lowest volume since November. Maybe resting for the big push. :P

Bitcoin is going up and down all the time. The price went up a little able $7000, then in no time it decreased to $6600. That's $400 in just a few hours. It looks like the bears are playing cat and mouse with the bulls.

I don't know how you can quote a few hours and say the price is stable, makes no sense at all. Ok, the price is holding right now? But every day the crypto prices go up and down at about an average rate of (probably) 10ish percent. Crypto is still a massive volatile time, though no one is going to be able to predict when the bounce is going to come -- and stability before the time also doesn't mean a bounce is imminent.

Stop trying to time the market; it won't work.

Stability is good, but for the price of 6750 I think bitcoin can be more than that, we wait until the end of the month. Hopefully the chart will rise again.

yes same here. on my country market always down, even if the ride also little bit, then continue to fall again.

Price of bitcoin depends on the demand so the price is not stable possible to drop and rise. Depends on the season like fruits and vegetables if they have a lot of supply the price is cheaper and if the a lot of demand now price will rise.

Price stability is good but bitcoin holder definitely wants that the price will rise up. Bitcoin price is going up and down anytime and still hoping that it will back to its track so that people will be quite and happy. Always expect for the fluctuation of the price, this is very normal with the prices on stock market so just patiently wait for the right timing because it will always come. Be smart in every investment we make and need to study in order to be successful in every path we take in life.

yes, this is the original value of the correction, and will probably drop to the lowest value before the bitcoin goes rise and high again.

so, we better keep calm and do not panic, we have to wait long queue when many sales panic.

stability for four hours is kind of meaningless in the crypto world in my opinion.  Stability needs to be measured over the course of weeks or months and even in the case of crypto atleast over the course of several days or weeks.  I wouldnt take the four hour stability as a sign of anything, i would just wait and see what happens over the course of the next few weeks and then i would trade on that information.

I think what happen in the current situation, the resistance is just great where btc and alts are having hard time to continue to move forward in the crypto market. With this, people should be more observant in putting some investment on alts and study more on the coin which you are aiming to invest prior in making a decision.

It means nothing, less people buying and selling at this point, that's why we see low volume. However the volume will pick up once few good news pour in in next few months. Bitcoin price will stable at $15,000 within 3 months.

I also noticed that they are in that level for quite some time, if you checked on the chart yesterday there was a slight surge but it always comes back to that level, if there is really going to have a storm coming I hope everybody is prepare for this and will not lose hope, Bitcoin has been here so many times before.

yes of course I also feel that it is a square off for a high rise. but the obstacle is that too many people are easily panicked so it is difficult for the market to continue to increase.

The highest it reached was 7157 USD that too yesterday and now the price is hanging more than 6500 USD but less than 7000 USD, it is super stable considering it climbs up and down 1000 dollars in an hour

I think it's a calm before the storm wages but no one knows if that's gonna be positive or negative 😧

Stability is necessary and is what we are all waiting for so lets be calm stop the panic and watch what happens next as we all believe that the storm will soon be over.

Yes bitcoin prices these weeks I noticed always spin in figure $ 7k. Yesterday the price reached $ 7100 and is now around $ 6760. It points to the stability of bitcoin prices because the decline is not too plummeted.

the calm before the storm i expect to price to hit 4000 $ before flying to 8000 then goes down then it will hit 13000 $ thtas what i think and i wish

This is the sign that the exchanges have already stopped selling a large volume of bitcoins in order for them to pay their taxes. According to Tom Lee, this April 17 all bitcoin exchanges will be finished paying their taxes and this means that the exchanges will no longer sell their btc holdings in huge volume. This may be the sign that bitcoin will go up in the coming days.

Price stability also indicate a deep in the market demand and supply curve, and thus a price stability. This may indicate the gradual restoration of the markets rallying at under $7k. That's a good one and a pointer to good things to come.

I take that their are new investors coming and playing in the bitcoin market. It might that during the low price many new investors buy to invest. This is actually a rainbow after the rains..for many, the long price fall since early this year was so tragic that they sell out but for some they took it as an opportunity to invest while the price is in the rubbles and viola! It is a very good decision now that the price is slowly moving up!

Why has volatility lessened so much recently? Is that just a product of the bear market that there won't be as wild of swings?

I agree that Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are volatile and wild in behaviour but that doesn't mean that there should be price fluctuation each and every second. Even though when the correction process is in its last phase, traders usually wait and watch for the price chart before rushing to invest so this is that stable phase where price won't move much but I am expecting upward growth from this month.

We are all hoping for the price stability, all of us wishing for that, and the reality is that we cant help about it bec,. Of its volatility we"re hoping for the best of btc, another thing panic makes the situation worst and leads to wrong decisions, we should understand the word PAtience and Faith.

Even though the storm hit, but I think the bitcoin price will always hit all the obstacles to step up the ever-rising high prices.

Im sure you know that cryptocurrencies are volatile right?so why expect stable prices?there will never be stablw price if your talking about crypto coins and thats reality..

Though today is another failure for bitcoin to break the $10,000 price as many of us waited since four days,its almost reached when the price climbs $9,940 but now drops to 9,820 again hopefully later we can make it

Soon the storm must have passed and we did not have to move to make a profit and soon it would all get better, to survive is a good opportunity.

no, it wasnt stable or anything at all. it was the bottom point of bitcoin.
we are know that bitcoin price is not stable. so, if bitcoin price is stop at low price, it could be rising later.

We need the price stability, when the price stable its good to us. Bitcoin price is going up and down all the time, Hope until the price rise again.

These was not new to us remember we are in volatility  anytime goes up and down have significant in blooms and expected to rise up then we will be satisfied of our earned profits.

Remember that we are working in a market that has no real value, this is the digital market, volatile, fluctuating ... Investing in this market is a risky venture, and we have to accept anything if it happens. Don't lament!

Due to volatility of the cryptocurrency, price tend to be not stable and anything can happen anytime and people should understand that this is the way cryptocurrency behaves. However, not all the time it will be forever bearish market but there will be also bull markets that people will be experiencing in this crypto market movements. I think people that will be investing cryptocurrency should also do some sort of analysis in the market movement so that they will be already aware with the market trend by the time they will decide to make investments with cryptocurrency.

although now the bitcoin price is still less stable, for us it's good we get more bitcoin, and we will wait for higher price increase from now, because we know that price will rise to high level.

I do not understand why there are so many people that really cares about this, came on guys, stability is one of the things that we most want in here, because our money is not moving.

Really you need stable price with the itcoin,if it had the stable price we will never invest on the bitcoin because most of us are investing on the crypto currencies to make money from it volatility.And the prices will never be stable because it is decentralized so the price will change according to its demand.

Bitcoin price always ups and down its normal nature of this coin .  btc price depends on demand and so many factor involved with btc. right now market is under correction so its take a time to recover btc price.

i realise that today. stable prices always frighten me. never saw stable some time and moon later, because of that i m in stress little now.

Yes we need stability on bitcoin price but not like in this value/price that is going to dip. Maybe like in the price of $10k? That's a good price for stability. The price can go up and down but hope just a little not a huge price.

I prefer to stay at that price, and be patient to achieve higher values, must have a firm stand. so as not to get caught up in the game in trading

Bitcoin has been recently pumping right now but it quickly went back from 7700 to 7400 dollars looks like someone is buying lots of it then others have sold when the it hit the price of 7700. The price fluctuation may be cause by whales or other matters like hacking, regulations and advertising bans by facebook and google.

Patience as we.always say is needed here in bitcoin. The value of bitcoin maybe low now and unstable but we have to wait for an unexpected pump up of its value. The ones who really survive and attain success here are those have patience and we can also be one of those

The storm had just been calmed and we don't need to make any more theory about it. As you can see bitcoin will still try to increase its price because of the community that supports it. Lucky for me that I hadn't stared down to this price last night because it will truly crumple me. To that end, let us just believe in bitcoin and the moon that it can reach.

Always expect for the fluctuation of the price, this is very normal with the prices on stock market so just patiently wait for the right timing because it will always come.

Four hours is very less time to justify the price and its stability as well.We need to look at the larger picture and wait patiently for some great returns. We can say that the major volatality happened in the last quarter of the last year.I would also allocate some multiple portfolio to carry out the averaging and merge some returns. I would be happy even if the previous milestone is touched again to gain some money.

I am also hoping for the big push this year. The price of bitcoin in the market is unpredictable.Let's hope for the best.

I have also observed this. It seems we are going to be having a steady growth in the price of bitcoin.
However,  I believe that four hours is not enough to determine what will eventually happen to the price of bitcoin on the long run due to the volatility in its price. Even if there is a steady growth in the price of bitcoin,  I think it will still take some time for it to attain $15000 or more.

It's true. Lets keep our fingers crossed, hopefully when new investors comes in it will be better of than it's now.   

Yes the price is stable at low numbers but for me personally i decided to hold back and hope there will be a price bubble that shocked me.

this month has been terrible compared to last few months it's like some people are not gonna hodl their bitcoin and dramatically increasing to sell it. we hope to see more of the good news coming.

Yes i also think that the bad time is now going away, i think that its time for the bitcoin price to get accelerator let people start interest in bitcoin investment, i think that those people who will get in the market they will surely get a good profit in a short time, because bitcoin price can now start increasing its price.

The price of bitcoin was never been stable. It goes up for some certain of time and goes down. My strategy sometimes I purchased some amount if price goes down but I hold it like for 2 weeks and if price is good I  exchange it.

Yeah that's truly correct buddy difficult to tell when the big ligthining flash increase become stable the price in the market place. Price moves faster fluctuations than last year.
