It's not really from bitcoin.org, that can be faked easily.

Well, that makes it pretty clear it's not from bitcointalk.org. I reckon you'd be doing the community a service if you updated the OP to explain how to check where an email is from.

So apparently it is not from bitcoin.org. It's faked.

It's just a shame that the domain bitcoin.org doesn't have an OPENSPF record
