I guess the regulations here aren't as restrictive as in the US, but good for people in Jpn tho.

Those who have millions on balance, probably just go to Japan and register an account in gox's bank to make internal transfer. Those at Gox will have to choose to move into cash they can't withdrawal or BTC that's value is dropping. But Gox will not keep the whole market propped up. Cash is still fine on Gox, especially if you plan to buy back more coin at the bottom so the OP theory is just dumb.
