So in the pool I am mining I got paid double the usual amount for a block we found, which made me check why.
It turns out the block has 36.71549047 BTC in tx fees:

Can anyone write an easy to follow tutorial (for idiots) on how am I supposed to interpret all the data on that website.

I'm trying to find the address of the guy/guys who paid so much in tx fees, but I don't even know where to look?

If you scroll down you see every transaction. At the top right for every transcation you can see the fees.

Example from the second transaction:
(Fee: 0.0001 BTC - Size: 258 bytes) 2013-11-08 18:43:12

Quick find for the transaction you want:
Ctrl+F -> search for "fee: 3"

There are quite a few inputs in that transaction though.

Still, that's a huge fee. Like almost, 20%.

Yeah. What I meant was that the amount of inputs means it's a lot more work to go through all the adresses to find the owner.

I found that transaction, but is there a way to easily see who paid these 36BTC in fees? I mean the Bitcoin addresses.
Sort by fee?

All the addresses listed as inputs did.

Can you please give a link or a screenshot at the exact page where all the fees totalling 36BTC are listed.

There are no fees listed. A fee is calculated as output_amount - input_amount.

No, there were some blocks with ~100 BTC fees.

Someone was using Brainwallet (http://brainwallet.org/) and made a mistake subtracting numbers, IMO.

Yeah, a lot of inputs from addresses with a lot of random BTC amounts in them.  I wouldn't be surprised to find out they're stolen coins.

Well, some of the input addresses have a balance of 0 BTC, but not all of them, so maybe not.

A transaction normally consists of multiple adresses. All the adresses to the left contributed to this transaction, and they paid the fee together. This could be one person with many adresses, or multiple persons.

To me, it looks like possibly a lot of accounts that had "collected dust" (small payments from faucets and free µBTC sites) and were transferred to a single address.

Yes, but I was mining in the pool that produced this one. :)
