We will also enable the platform community to participate in different decisions of our ongoing growth by either staking their tokens (voting for click&collect locations etc) or by misc smart contracts where they will be also paid for their actions (review of purchased product/basket experience, of logistics service quality, of general product quality etc). On the other side the sellers on the platform will be able to create their own loyalty or special discount incentives where the payment currency will be always the token.

In future as our business grows we have also further business development plans where our token will play a crucial role as the primary currency of our ecosystem. The upgrade of our click&collect points with cryptocurrency ATM functionalities and the possible introduction of a separate security token for the purpose of investing into our Coolomat network expansion and participating by the profits of each such location or multiple locations. Your project is about the ability to buy groceries online. I would like to ask you which process to check the quality of the product? For example, food safety standards, pesticide residues, preservatives in vegetables?

You might do better if you posted some simple text descriptions. I've had to put you on ignore because that post is so large and intrusive, and it isn't worth the struggle to try to discover what is on offer.

According to the roadmap prototype already in working state but link to that product is not available anywhere on official website. You have any plan to make it available for investors before head to crowdsale of this token.

Thanks for the question. Coolomat Market will be a service provider, not a grocer. Meaning that with every seller, supplier, (eco)farmer there will be a service contract under which this responsibilty is on the seller side. Offcourse in almost all countries there is some kind of regulation and legislation for such sellers in general. We will check such pre-reqirements before allowing new sellers offering products on the platform.

As to the blockchain part - an additional layer of rating system will be implemented - empowering the community/consumers to decide:
The sellers will be able to request reviews from their buyers and pay for this with CMK tokens. The seller will offcourse need to take into account that some customers might be negative towards them. But if the seller knows his products are of high quality such cases will not occur. The buyer will be even paid for such product review. The sellers with many positive reviews will ofcourse be higher ranked by the community, while bad products and sellers will probably get excluded by the consumers. Special smart contracts will take care of transparency and indelible record keeping. 

But, in general Coolomat Market is a bypass for current bigger grocery retailer model, enabling the sellers and buyers to decide on many matters regarding the products. The whole ecosystem solves also many logistic challenges currently not yet solved in this manner.

Our advantage is that we have fully developed and in control the click&collect points. Our company is not excluding any possible partnerships with any compatible partner which can help us make the world and especialy the online grocery market a global grocery market disruption.

The main point of our ecosystem is that the producers or farmers of food products now have the option to fully bypass the big retail chain. This opens a major new paradigm which potential is not yet fully explored but for sure makes a more interesting and competing marketplace which is currently dominated by a few 10 big retail chains which actually take majority of profits while the small eco guys struggle for existance.

The business idea will be restructured,preferably directly in a security token. We are disappointed since the ICO raised almost no support and as such is impossible to realize what we feel as a genuine and real business model.

The tokenomics in the crypto world are not favourable any more towards utility tokens. As we planned also in our whitepaper as one of the last steps seems now as a must from the begining.

When we are ready with a adequately structured security token and with adequate regulative and legal structure we will re-announce this project.
