do you think we will ever see another 1000x coin? or 500x from 2018 onwards?
with the market saturated with new crypto and with crypto now 'known' by much of the planet what are the chances of us seeing a 1000x coin again. ( not counting crypto released in Q1-Q3 2017)

I think now it's hard to have a coin that can be x500 to x1000 including hot credits like telegram or kodak, as there are now too many coin sizes to break up, just like the bounty program has too many participants now. So everyone's profit will decrease.

LOL. Are you sure? There are plenty of promising ICO right now and most of them have marketable products which was missing on most ICO before. Also, x1000 or x500 is not impossible to achieve IMO, most of the ICO once they hit exchange are at .01 USD and depending on the no. of community it has, it can easily reach 10USD in 1 month.

A coin with such a technology which pushes blockchain technology to a whole another level.
The crypto market cap is in hundreds of billions now, we'll never see such rapid growth in prices which happened between the start of 2016 and the end of 2017.

Maybe with some breakout mass adoption of a crypto that gains mass appeal. maybe a social media coin or an entertainment based coin...i.e. once VR is mass adopted.

i think no, but x5-10 easy, and if you have 5 coins 1000$ in each, i think it's enough =)

It is impossible to happen especially when the market falls as it is today, at best only 10x altcoin will go up. If you make a topic please do not be too unreasonable bro.

altcoin market is still pretty much the same as it was in the past, not just in 2017 but also any year before that also. it is still a pump and dump market so the answer to your question is YES we will see a lot more of 1000x shitcoins that will get pumped and dumped in the future.

specially when the price of these shitcoins are extremely low (such as less than 100 satoshi coins) and also if they have lower volumes they have a tremendous potential of getting huge pumps.

If some of the projects reach market (like filecoin) it will likely increase in value and even could increase 1000x

I don't think we will see such good returns for any coins in the following year, people don't trust so much now in crypto.

No, it's too big. x2 is a fairly acceptable option. x3 or x5 is generally excellent for investing. The market is no longer new. Many burned during the December growth. I think people are more cautious now. Of course, everyone wants to make a lot of money while investing will be minimal. However, this happens very rarely.

I think every kind of rising is still possible in the cryptocurrency world. Of course, maybe the new coins have much more little chance according to early times of the crypto, but I think innovative coins have still chance to have big growing.
