why is my merit in my profile is not updated?
i am confused,is my created topic in discussion is non-sense or what,is any idea what should i do to get my merit up, so that my rank is also level up,please help me to get more open on that situation...

To get merit is not easy, it should create interesting topics and also a reasonable discussion. And most importantly the patience to get merit to level up.

Are you expecting that if you get the required activity for full member you will rank up and increase your merit?

I really dont understand your sentences but if Im right on the statement above I will tell you that you are wrong you can only gain merit by if someone appreciate you and give you a merit.

Because you have no merit.

And checking your post history, all you do around here is bounty claiming with Facebook and Twitter links, you won't get a single merit this way.

It is hard to get a merrit , your rank will be based on your merit and activity. Your posts may increase but the activity still remain the same because of this merit system. You can get a merit by posting informative post  in which someone can notice your post and give you merit. But it is really hard. Be patience is the thing we can do .

Please read the information stickies before posting incorrect information. Merit and activity are not the same, and they aren't even related. Activity increase is the thing that makes you eligible for upranking. Merit is the blocker that stops you upranking if you gained activity by posting rubbish, or at least posts that aren't worthy of merit.

I think merit points are gotten only when some one else sends you some points base on your post and you share half of it to other people. So be patient enough to wait.

You are so so simple! :D Maybe you created a couple of threads and waiting to your merit number to raise itself, but no my friend, it doesn't work like you would like it work. You have enough activity to rank up, but you need many more merits to become Full member and only quality posting may help in this target. Read Meta board more carefully, you will find all answers and advices of how to earn merits. Good luck!

This is almost like that thread we had about a month ago where the guy asked "I just created an account here, so when does the bitcoin show up?".  Except it was in broken English, of course, but my point is that he'd completely misunderstood what the forum is all about, how it works, and everything else.  Zero understanding.  

And here we have a Member, registered last October, who is greatly concerned about merit--but apparently not enough for him to read any of the dozens of threads about it, not even when the system was created in January, as he was celebrating his 3-month bitcointalk anniversary.

And the idiotic misinformation from OP's peers (not mine) who share the same shallow understanding of this.  If ever anyone was looking for a couple of reasons why bitcointalk is so shitty, there you go.
