I think this is a good project, I say it because, as we know many restaurants or food court etc make a lot of rubbish for food. they do not know how to efficiently make provision of food according to customer or community needs. I think, after reading the purpose of this project, I think that this project will be very useful for people engaged in the food business to organize and provide food according to customer needs efficiently so as to reduce food waste of food. and I am optimistic this project will be successful. this is my argument subjectively. The idea of this project is really good! Food waste is a big problem in today's world and I think it's important that someone is trying to change that.. Will look into the whitepaper later.

I'm not understanding it clearly, if you are a consumer and you are using this network, it means I will buy the leftover foods (excess foods) from the restaurants? This is what I understood from your wp.  :P Or you have better explanation on this. Also, 25% allotment for team and advisors is too high. 

Yes, that's how I understood it as well. And they buyers will get a push notification from the Delicia app when there is a new food listing from a restaurant/shop in your local neighbourhood. Sounds pretty good as the food waste will be reduced and the buyers get a chance to buy food that is close to the expiry date a little bit cheaper than usual.

I think the concept given in this project is good, hopefully the future goes smoothly and success for this project

One more thing, did the dev team tries the app in a small community at least? They should try the viability first before going global. Usually, that's the problem with the projects here. They go big time that they forgot to address simple issues which ends bad.

Not sure if this ICO is going to, but I have seen a kind of technology that allows you to invest not only BTC or ETC and get your tokens without visiting an exchange platform. If I remember it right it is called an ICO payment tool and the company that has developed it is called Bestrate. I have seen their widget in some ICOs already, Eatmecoin for example.

An interesting idea, but it's hard for me to understand its implementation. I'm not sure that you can completely get rid of expired products because same people will refuse part of the meal.

And what exactly are the products we are talking about? There are a lot of low quality products from different places delivered to us. They throw out poor quality products like pigs. And what do you suggest?

I doubt the success of the project. The restaurants have experienced staff who are responsible for purchasing the right products and they will not buy too much food.
