Its been two months since the last time I tried to deposit my BCD in Binance and Kucoin.

By that time, deposits were not allowed. Both sites said it was in "maintenance".

Today I tried again to deposit in both exchanges, and it is STILL in "maintenance".

At the same time, in other exchanges the price is 1/10 of the price on these two.

What is happening here? Some exclusive trading club?

Sometimes exchanges have trouble in running a coin's broken node software. It was the reason why Bittrex deactivated and delisted a lot of coins last month. They were projects that were left or exit scammed by their development teams.

But how is the market still working in these exchanges? Why BCD was not delisted?

In my country Indonesia with exchange Indodax just listing BCD.
and like already can withdraw or deposit.
probably from Binance and Kucoin who are having problems.

imagine how much profit if the wallet is not maintenance?

These exchanges usually blame it on the coin blockchain. I don't know how they will be benefited but most of the exchange does these things.

A few months back NEO wallet for disabled on Bittrex for almost few weeks and they say that NEO blockchain got some issues. During that time NEO had some issues but not sure it was there for few weeks.

But there is $2 per unit, right?

In Binance is $20 and in Kucoin is $30.

The same is happening with SBTC, which is $20 in HitBTC and $6 in other exchanges.

And guess what? I tried to deposit SBTC in HitBTC right now, and is unavailable as well.

It's no wonder a strategy to amuse users. Yobit lets users trade the forked coin even before the snapshot.
Binanace and Kucoin prices are 10 and 15 times the normal and deposit on maintenance, It's a well planned pump and dump action.
