As the article highlights, ICO's like ternio have noticed the ineffective, spam saturated, bounty threads on forums and have implemented a more engaging approach to bring in followers. Change is good-if the intention is to be better. People truly interested in new projects should want to look for projects that already had a community before engaging with the crypto masses on forums-projects that perhaps had positive private sales and that are making waves within their respective industries not just forums.
