There are no additional fees beyond the miner's fee to send your transaction and Bitpay's "network fee" which is pretty negligible. Gyft only accepts payment in traditional methods (credit card, Paypal) and BTC. eGifter also accepts LTC, ETH, and BCH in addition to BTC.
