Today I found out he was using a stolen CHase acct to fund CHase Quickpay. Now whats worse is that they are thinking criminal charges.. but they asked me what i want to do. Ordinarily I would do the criminal charges.. but i want him to respond and see. He can't say its not stolen... i know that for sure. Best part is after they found out he was using a stolen acct.. he had already charged the funds back so basically he tried to cover his tracks and was negative in doing so.
