Made in 2002 and expiring in 2020 does not seem realistic, as the max is 5 years if only ever existing in darkness and cold with no torsion, AFAIK. Ok so after further review of both panels (front and back) I think it is safe to say that the panels where made in 2002. Although I am not 100% sure on that. I have the pricing set as it is a 2002 panel for front/back. I look at this as like having an expired condom. Would you rather raw dog it or at least have something covering you up! Hopefully in 2 weeks I will have another load of Not expired bullet resistant vest (I only carry concealable vest, no military grade... normally.) Obviously, these will be priced higher.
