What kind of internet connection would be required to run a 60GH/s ASIC? Is the bandwidth under constant strain whilst mining or is the mathematical problem given to the computer, then once the problem is solved only then is the bandwidth used to send the information back? Currently on a lower tier connection and wondering if I should upgrade (yes I know faster is better....despite what my gf says) but if I could get away without raising the monthly outgoings it would be beneficial. Is the growth in requirement linear? for example if 2TH/s were put on the connection. High difficulty and low hashing speeds are most bandwidth friendly. |
