in fact, good ICO is not too small, just have very different icos. it all depends on how you plan to work and what your goals are. it is not necessary to find as much information and feedback as possible about the ico you are interested in and choose based on this.

Good teams in terms of what? if you're talking about a team that is approachable and active to the community that is not the very basis to spot the best ICO to trust your money or time, you need to check their own background, the founder, developers and the team in a whole. The authenticity and transparency of the team is also important cause some scammers can just grab some decent random people from the internet name it uniquely then viola you have a good looking team it's up for the scammer to make them believable, for the ICO to start in the bear market is pretty hard as the price are constantly swinging but it can't stop good ICO's to create their own products.

Good ICO should have a working product or atleast visible and verifiable work done towards it.
Never invest in an imaginative ICO and look for the team members, their experience in the said field and their real profession.

I think any ICO is risky, so I will consider its team, technology and project prospects before choosing. I think my careful operation will reduce the risk.

Investment is always risky, There is no such investment offering no risk and if see one then you must avoid it. It's easy to say that you must consider reviewing the team, technology and etc. But it's very hard to search for a supporting documents to verify the portfolio of the team and etc because all info available on the net can be fake. The only thing you can guarantee a review is if you are living same country with them.

ICO is the riskiest of all time in this industry about 90% are all scam. Not all are true you need to background check especially people behind the said project. You should learn how to read whitepaper.

You are risking your assets (money) in return for a profit ot earnings but we should be careful - the higher the returns, the higher the risk. Well the scams in ICOs can't be overemphasized though! We need to be very careful

But if it is a good ICO, then it must have a work product or at least the work that is visible and verifiable is done for it.
