Title: Blue fury question
Post by: CarneMuerta on November 13, 2013, 02:04:20 AM
Greetings, I received a blue fury today, I had no luck with BitMinter 1.4.2, I did however get it running with BitMinter 1.5 (beta).. my dilemma is that I'm getting 2 to 3 times the amount of miscalculations to accepted blocks.. since my ASIC's never had this problem I assume either something is off in BitMinter or the blue fury.. any suggestions are appreciated as this is all relatively new to me

Using a Mac running os x 10.7, Blue Fury and 2 ASIC sticks (all plugged straight into the mac, for now) BitMinter

I'm currently a 'hobyist' we'll see how fast that changes  ;D

Thanx,
Carne

You should use bfgminer or cgminer instead. Bitminter is not a good mining software. I am not sure if Bitminter actually support blue fury. But bfgminer and cgminer is officially supported.

Don't be afraid of command line. It is not as hard as it looks.

Oh, I'm not afraid of the command line, my typing skills, or the lack there of, is another story
