Hello folks,

I often discuss with friends and family about newspaper articles where banker, politicians and ceos give their options about the future of bitcoin.
Bankers speak mostly against bitcoin and spread FUD. People who work in the information industy often like the idea.

What do you say? Is there a definition of bitcoin fans and bitcoin hater? And how would you describe them?

Definition for fans:
"Bitcoin is newest form of digital currency.  It's characters make it special.  Easy trade ablity, anonymity of transactions, lower service charges, fast transactions, internationally accepted by the people.  It is expected to repleace fiat currency in short span of few years.
Definition for the people against bitcoin:
I will not call a man who does not like bitcoin hates it.  Because there is difference between like and love and in the same way there is difference between dislike and hate.  Some people will dislike bitcoin for their own reasons.  First of all financial institutions will definitely dislike because the bitcoin is competitor to them.  So a business in competition is  never liked by other business house/industry.  Banks think that bitcoin will kill their business so they dislike it.  In the same way fiat currency is fully regulated by Governments.  The accept taxes and other payments in fiat currency.  Also Governments control fiat currency but they can not control bitcoin. So the governments will not like to accept bitcoin.  People also think that it can be used in terror funding.  Illegal money transfers are  also the reason behind their disliking.

For me, Bitcoin it's just like Gold but in digital form. It can be mined and can be invested. The price is not fixed, and can change.

We can define Bitcoin lovers and haters in two simple sentences.
Person who is an profit with btc is Bitcoin lover.

A person who is in loss due to btc fall is a Bitcoin hater...

Those people who get involve in bitcoin scam are the one who are bitcoin haters. They have nothing to say but do not trust bitcoin, all the news about it is not true. Bitcoin fans are those people who accepts their lose but continue to work to still believe that it will give huge profit and gain what is lost.

It's probably just because those bankers, politicians, etc are mostly at an old age, hence they couldn't understand the technology behind bitcoin. For them, it's probably just a decentralized PayPal(IF they even know what PayPal is).

There's definitely a lot more to bitcoin than just being digital gold.

The people who had earn profit from it will become the bitcoin fans.The people who doesn't inverse and  get the profit will not support the bitcoin.Because they are speaking about bitcoin in negative way by reading the Fake news.If you want to know about the bitcoin,inverse in bitcoin.Then you know about bitcoin.

in general people who hate bitcoin do not even work in bitcoin they will never like what they like and if someone who invests money in bitcoin they will be interested and like it.

Well,  I think to who doesn't like bitcoin is just because it was easy to earn coins in there. Not even the bankers or any single person who worked for those kinda job,  most of my friend also they're didn't agree with btc, because they're said it's just to easy to find money, so it makes all the hardworker useless.

People who don't like bitcoin because it is easy to earn coins "there"? Can you clarify what "there" are you referring to?

They don't agree with BTC because it's easy to find money? That doesn't make any f**king sense whatsoever.

We have our own taste,
We have our own perception,
We have our own principles,
We have our own philosophy.
We are unique to anyone of us, we are acting based on our beliefs no matter how good or bad the people that persuade us. I believe that no matter we convey people to listen and understand the real meaning of bitcoin to us, they don't still trust it. And in my observation, fans and bashers are the result of opinion they gathered to the person who exploded the news. Nowadays, bandwagon effect is really the trend. However, people are just lookong to the negative effect that bitcoin may cause to them but they don't look at the positive side that it may bring.

I guess the word hater and fans will describe the word well. Of course if you are fan you will surely love bitcoin other wise you cannot be called a fan. If you are a hater then you hate bitcoin since you cannot be called bitcoin hater if you love bitcoin. Thus we dont need definitions since it is already self explanatory.

I would define Bitcoin haters as people who only see its bad side. Bitcoin fans is a little more broad, as while there will be people who keep an open mind about both the good and bad of it, there will always be fanatics that will only acknowledge the good.

I wouldn't put FUDsters among the Bitcoin hater category to be honest. Those that actually exert a lot of effort in disparaging Bitcoin are likely pushing an agenda. It's easy to write off politicans as haters, but they may be trying to advance their political career by appealing to the masses' opinions. It's easy to write off Bitcoin Cash trolls as haters, but they only really hate on Bitcoin because they want it replaced by Bitcoin Cash. On the other side of the spectrum are people like McAfee, who stands to gain a lot if Bitcoin rises, so I would also be hesitant to say he's a fan.

It looks simple, but it's not just black and white to me.

yes, bitcoin haters always make trouble and spread false news to decrease bitcoin ratings, they want the bitcoin value to collapse. because for them, bitcoin is a big threat. but they always lose.

I describe between bitcoin fans and bitcoin haters like water and oil, they will not be united. unless the bitcoin hater has to give up and use the blockchain system.

You have to understand that everyone will not always agree with things you agree with because we are all different, no matter how good bitcoin is there will always be those who don't accept it and we have to respect their decisions.

Bitcoin haters are people who are not ready to research about bitcoins and they are making claims based on news they have heard. If they spend some time researchign about bitcoins, their doubts will go away.

I think some banks today are already planning to use the blockchain system because many people already aware the great benefits of the blockchain system.

but on the other side, the battle between bitcoin fans and bitcoin haters is still running. but in the end, I'm sure that bitcoin fans will win.

in my experience bitcoin haters do NOT exist!

this may sound strange to you but if you check out history of WHEN those people said what they said and WHY you will realize that it is not a coincidence that whenever we are in a bear market or we have a correction or any type of drop in general these so called "haters" are most active.
why do you think it is, other than them wanting bitcoin price to drop more so that they can buy more of it!!!
and we actually have proof of some of them buying bitcoin in these dips! so it is not just a conspiracy theory. ;)

But I see some other reasons for not being into crypto: Some people simply don´t understand the concept. Others see crypto currency as dangerous for their own (traditional) business. And of course there are always people you love to be negative towards new ideas.

And there are the ones who are winning from spreading negative headlines - some news media for example because bad news get more attention than good news.

So there are many reasons for not being a crypto enthusiast.

Bitcoin lovers are those people who gain more profit of the bitcoin and being successful of their investments.

Bitcoin haters are those people who are losing their investment because of the price rapidly down and they sell their bitcoin in a low price and their money scammed to the other person because they are lack of knowledge through crypto. And they called the bitcoin is a scam.

It's vulgar and obvious that every business that will have a competitor will do their best to give their customers something wrong with the great contender. And this is whats' happening now, bitcoin is the main competitor now for the banking industry so look on how recent times people from the banks are giving FUD to the community.
FUDsters,believers,whatever you call them. For those who hate bitcoin, they have their own preferred coin or investment.

Bitcoin fans are more open minded individuals who are trend oriented and have positive outcome in life.. Most of us risk taker and investment addicts in a good way.. We’re not few,, but we’re not that many as more new investors are was only drag by the hype and popularity of bitcoin and doesn’t want to know the technology behind it..

Bitcoin haters are mostly groups of investors on stock markets and banks.. They’re idiots and have self interest.. They hate it because they can’t control it..

I really don't understand. What do you mean by defining the bitcoin fans and bitcoin haters? There is no need to define them,  these people are the governments, the banker, some businessmen and also some pessimistic people who do not like to see the success of others. Even  the media are enjoying all the dramas because they are sometimes been paid to post crabs.

Bankers only care profit, they don't aware about technologies.
Politicians are old men mostly, they only knows people under regulations (centralized).
CEOs are business men with their own idea and capital. they are competitors for others.

Those are what they are. none of them has interest of bitcoin.

It is normal for people who do not understand the bitcoin and blockchain structure to hate it. And also those who see it only as a benefit hate bitcoin cos they think only money.

Innovative bankers loves Bitcoin and Blockchain but traditional bankers are not but they do not hate from it , they are afraid of it. But there is one thing for sure Bitcoin will win !!

We can't generalize based on industry. It's possible that there are those from the banks who could like bitcoin and is open to the idea while there may those coming from the business industry who dislikes bitcoin.

Bitcoin haters for me are those who are traditional and close minded. They don't like the idea of change and are not so open to new things, such as cryptocurrency. Technology confuses them so they would rather dismiss the idea than deal with it. They think that these new concepts would complicate things rather than give improvement. The opposite goes for bitcoin fans, who are very open to new concepts and technology. They think that bitcoin or cryptocurrency would be beneficial and would contribute to the community, and are therefore in favor of bitcoin.

We are in the world of new data information or 4th period industry. Bitcoin is gaining popularity and somehow in the financial world they are studying the technology of bitcoin which is blockchain and about those bitcoin haters this are people who keeps on bashing bitcoin they know that it's a new trend of scams or Pyramid Schemes.

The obvious answer:

Bitcoin hater are people who just creates FUD and bad mouth Bitcoin or Crypto currency.
Bitcoin Fans are people who just hold and use Bitcoin regardless of the price.

But I think we can add a few more definition.

Bitcoin false prophet - this are the people in Bitcoin who are influential, will tell false claims, predict outrageous prices so that people will buy more and for them to get more profit.

Bitcoin opportunist - people who will create FUD and when the prices went down they are the one who will buy loads of bitcoin

Bitcoin Vampire - Save as the opportunist they will create FUD but instead of buying they are the one who shorts Bitcoin.
 

Bitcoin fans are those who have benefited most because of bitcoin.

Bitcoin haters are those who feel it as a threat to their businesses.

Bitcoiner is one of the number one supporter of bitcoin fans who trust and earn bitcoin. Because bitcoin is the first crypto coin so that  I think bitcoin has more fans while haters in this generation is more because they are victim of scammers right now. Like what happened to the Philippines about the 900 million scam by bitcoin investors.

Bitcoin Fans are those people who accepted currency develop by Satoshi Nakamoto aim to become number 1 currency and use as peer to peer transaction. Cheaper transaction fee, faster and reliable.
Bitcoin hater are people who never make are research before giving some wrong  information and that is FUD.

Bitcoin fans are those who love bitcoin because of the good things happen in their lives and how lives changes through engaging bitcoin. They are also the kind of person that are more open and willing to understand and adopt on whatever modern technology offers. Haters are those who do not understand or experience losses because they might be a victim of scammers and those who always make negative feedback about bitcoin.

but some people who fall and feel bitcoin numbness and themselves feel harmed can be called from bitcoin haters.

 Bitcoin is the first digital decentralized currency the transfer of Bitcoin currency is fast and  takes low fees and there is no third party influence in the transaction of Bitcoin currency that means government do not interfere in the transaction .Bitcoin transaction is an anonymous one the user only will be known to whom it is  transferred it is a peer to peer transaction so naturally people can love Bitcoin and become Bitcoin fan than fiat currency. Some people hates Bitcoin due to some reasons like bank or other institutions may hate Bitcoin and they give false information's about Bitcoin.

Bitcoin haters will make some stories that bitcoin is just a scam or you can just lose your money with bitcoin, but to those who have a fan like me  ;D of course, I will make bitcoin good to anyone because that is really the truth, bitcoin itself is not a scam but there are some people that using bitcoin to scam some people that is not really aware what bitcoin really is.

it shouldn't be about fans and haters. It should be about the merit this industry can bring to the masses. Everything can check the pros and cons of blockchain, that is how healthy opinions are being built...

Its easy to tell if their interest is in conflict with Bitcoin then they are likely to be a hater, and if you are a holder and trader in cryptocurrency you are 100% fans and lover of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, these two kinds of people always collide.

Bitcoin haters and bitcoin fans contradicts in their ideas and beliefs on bitcoins existence.Different opinions and opposite thoughts were always there.Haters most of them were speculators and trying to spread FUDS while some holders keep on believeing in the wrong information.On the other hand those bitcoin believers always look at the brighter side and the advantages it brought in our lives.

I think bitcoin hater is  a person who spread negative news about bitcoin without doing any research about it. I am fine if a  person studies about bitcoin and then do not like it based on his study. But having a negative opinion without any base is really something I could not understand.

Every people has their own point of view and it is the same as Bitcoin. In our country Bitcoin is believed as a scam by a lot of people and the people who has knowledge about Bitcoin laugh at this people. And it hits me, media really has a great power to people since the media gave that idea to people.

The fans of bitcoin always see in it the success and technology of the future. The hater people get a losses and talk about a negativity.

Bitcoin fans are investors and open-minded people. They are usually young like the millenials. While bitcoin haters are people who works for banks and they are mostly consists of old people.

The faithful supporters are bitcoin fans. The bitcoin people who curse this digital currency is haters. That's what I know between fans and haters.

There are people who also investor here but were victim of scam that is why their love about crypto turns out to hate and most of the time they are stopping to invest as they are thinking that all are scammers.

Bitcoin fans are those who would still love to hold bitcoins even if its price crashes.

Bitcoin haters are those who always criticize and just see the negative side of bitcoin despite how much it progresses the lives of normal people.

In my opinion, Bitcoin fans are the one who started bitcoin for a long time, they have many experiences and they trust bitcoin because they know what they do, it is also the people who depends on it. They're the type of people who bought a lot of things and their needs through bitcoin. If i'll explain it in the easy way, bitcoin fans are the one who got helped by bitcoin. There is no how  bankers will support bitcoin. They know bitcoin when fully  adopted will surely close banks except they will incorporate blockchain to their operations. Politicians when they win election will form government which is not bitcoin friendly. Bitcoin is decentralized and can not be controlled. But government want to control bitcoin but it is not possible and that is why government want to kill bitcoin.

Most people who are haters haven't even invested into bitcoins ever before in their lives but they are still hating which is really stupid in my opinion.

I do not see them purely as haters, but on the other hand they care positive even though they do not know what to do in admitting bitcoin as a legitimate payment instrument, I think they are just shocked because bitcoin has the potential to reduce their right to profit, only bitcoin is able to pound the mind of all people about the majority of decentralization.

For me, I describe bitcoin fan as a believer. Bitcoin fans are the people who believes and have trust in bitcoin. They fight the bitcoin haters and they only believe in the real news. I describe bitcoin hater as an enemy of bitcoin fans. They spread fake news so that they will ruin the trust of other people in bitcoin. But I am proud to be a bitcoin fan.

I don't think there are Bitcoin haters, just people who don't believe in it in any capacity.

For those who believe in bitcoin it's highly because they have traded and earned with it. Whereas the other lot is mostly ignorant leading to such false claims and hatred towards bro or crypto in general. Knowledge is the only tool that can help laymen to understand the potential of crypto.

And what can you expect from bankers? there is no way that they are gonnna say that bitcoin is a game changer, because they would be hurting their own bussiness..

Haters are those who didn't buy it in time.

For them bitcoin lovers will always talk about bitcoin with positive things and a good future by bitcoin but different from those bitcoin haters who always speak badly without any basis they know.

Bitcoin lovers can be considered as the investors or the persons who have devotion on doing crypto while Bitcoin haters gonna hate bitcoin because they do not know what the value of Bitcoin is.

Every term or word has one definition. So does in bitcoin, this term has an as is definition but if we are to divide it unto the haters and lovers definition then there could probably be. According to Bitcoin fans, Bitcoin is a digital and decentralized currency which is revolutionizing the worldwide payment system. It allows its users to stay anonymous and has low transaction fees and fast speed. It also eliminates intermediaries.
The Bitcoin haters see the same feature of Bitcoin in a negative way. According to them it’s just a bubble which can cause huge losses to its users due to lot of speculation and which can be helpful in implementing illegal acts.

Those who have benefited from Bitcoin and have got complete knowledge about it, they are the Bitcoin fans.And those who have no knowledge about it, spread rumors about false news, those are Bitcoin haters.

Bitcoin fans who have accepted it have lost. But to continue working with faith and to have a firm belief that we will get huge profits recovering with lost losses.

There are two words that describe the bitcoin easily. For the fans, they describe it as a money maker while the haters would have said scam.

For me, Bitcoin fans are those who have researched and have a good knowledge of the potential and worth of bitcoin. While the bitcoin haters are the ignorant and fearful ones. ;)

Well, there is no general definition of Bitcoin even in the case of Bitcoin fans and on the other hand, Bitcoin haters. There are some fans who believe that Bitcoin is a payment system and we should use it in that way and on the other hand, few Bitcoin fans are just concerned about making money out of volatility. Similarly, there are some people who hate Bitcoin because it is used by few people for illegal activities and it is not yet legalized by the law but they are still impressed with it.

For the cryptocurrency users, I think bitcoin is the darling of the market the forefront of every discussion and the leading coun when it comes to its digital value. However I still do think that its main significance is its financial aspect, its a symbol of hope whilst it is the complete opposite for the bitcoin doubters and naysayers. To them it is a scam an elaborate scheme that is unraveling its tentacles to those who would be surprised when this all goes down

Bitcoin fans for me are those people who interested in businesses and investing money while bitcoin haters are those people not interested of earning money , and to those who dont want their company goes down because of bitcoin , people with insecurities .

I guess only people who feel harmed who hate bitcoin if I myself to hate bitcoin there is no good reason because bitcoin provides an advantage in its investment

The only definition of bitcoin for both fans and haters is what they both know about it such as the new and easiest way to earn money but the difference is that those fans are really know what bitcoin really is. Fans thinks the wide and significant things about bitcoin while those haters are thinks what's their already know and heard from others.

You can certainly see it from their behavior and their words.
the fans will certainly boast bitcoin from making posts on their social media, forums, websites, and many more.
while the people who hate bitcoin seems to be spreading the FUD over the internet and making hateful words against bitcoin.

Every new idea has its fans and haters. As for me, haters just don’t want any great changes and feel comfortable in things with which they are familiar. And fans, are people, who are open to something new, those who see profit and future with crypto

the bubbles like our bitcoin we know what it means at the moment but the rage here they have no idea how much they really do not want the bitcoin but it should be fixed immediately because they do not try it trying to figure out what it really is those who do not want to bitcoin care about them as long as we know it here we are earning and we are still fans of it.

According to me there no such definition of bitcoin fans and bitcoin haters. Those who has understood the potential of bitcoin and has come to know that bitcoin is a kind of crypto currency that has reduced poverty to a very great extent and can reduce further more are the bitcoin fans and for those bitcoin is only a money making machine and could destroy the technologies, aids in increasing terrorism, money laundering etc are in against of bitcoins n and are haters of crypto currencies.

Whatever term that can be applied for haters of bitcoin does not matter anymore for they cannot eliminate the fact that bitcoin and all cryptocurrency is the future of the world. Removing the old system in which the future of crypto currencies will reign and will have a global currency no other than
And all crypto currency supporters will rejoice in this change.

I don't like names 'fans' and 'haters'. To my opinion, bitcoin is not that thing, which should be loved or hated. If you would say 'enthusiasts' and 'sceptics', then it's another talk. What's my point... I think there's no sense to explain something to people, no matter who they are. Especially to impose your vision. Otherwise, you risk to get being imposed.

Why not? Of course there are . There always haters and lovers/fans on anything , whether on its an artist or a thing  and even on cryptocurrencies there were always those kind of people.

I myself is on the fan side because i support bitcoin too much ever since i know it last year . I will continue to love and support bitcoin until it is still popular and profitable.

There are also people that hates bitcoin because they think that bitcoin is only a scam type of coin.

Both of these categories are very subjective and don't look at Bitcoin with real eyes. Bitcoin has its advantages and disadvantages. Fans see only the good sides and don't want to hear any criticism about it and haters see only bad sides and think about Bitcoin all the worse.
The truth is somwhere in the middle and we have to accept good and bad sides and try to see the most realistic situation. That is the only thing that benefits Bitcoin

They just want to buying bitcoin with lower price. They always spreading FUD on bitcoin and spreading negative news on many media to push bitcoin price low and they will buy it. Bankers always do that to make profits and they dont care about loving bitcoin or hate bitcoin because they just want to make profit from it

This is as simple as that. Those who understands the fate of bitcoin and knows that bitcoin has that potential to be very great are the bitcoin supporters and are bitcoin fans and those who thinks bitcoin a Ponzi scheme , a scam, a bubble which could burst any time and thinks that bitcoin is only use for illegal activities like selling drugs, explosives, money laundering etc are bitcoin haters but in my opinion bitcoin will be central currency globally in the future and every one will be then bitcoin fan.

The definition of bitcoin has many way to be defined, but actually know as the crypto coin. Which we can state that bitcoin is a crypto currency that is acceptable to any nation currency through by trading or investment. Secondly bitcoin has been well known in different countries and regions, but need to keep increasing population for a better industry
