Have not been able to withdraw my btc due to a money hold for about 30 days. I contacted support numerous times and they ask for the wire transfer document along with proof of ID and a utility bill. I have provided all the required documents and uploaded on their support ticket multiple times and still have not had the money hold released (they just keep replying with upload ID, utility bill, and bank swift document). Still waiting for them to release the money hold...
