If you are askin what to do on the fórums, you need 5 quality posts and 4 hours logged in. This will let you post on other fórums and make new threads. If you are asking about bitcoins, well, I guess the majority will tell you right now is a good time to buy bit coins. General consensus is that they have no way to go but up in the long term. You can use the marketplace to find ways to buy bitcoins if thats what youre looking for.
