Most countries that favour blockchain ICO start up s with less regulations include the following;
Singapore, Panama Australia, Switzerland and Malta island

It's Finland with their loyalty laws in the field of currency.

I would say Malta. The prime minister wants Malta to be the leading country in the world in crypto currency and thus is very crypto friendly!

 The largest crypto exchange Binance is on the way to setting up shop in Malta...its just a matter of time before everyone else follows!

Eastern Europe in general does seem to be very open to attracting crypto companies to set up shop within their borders. Regulations are an ever evolving problem though, so what is touted as being a great place now may well change in the years to come. Something you would have to keep a close eye on when setting up (or investing).

The best country for conducting ICO - Belarus. In this country the cryptocurrency is tax free. I think the government did the right thing.

In my opinion the best countries for set up ICO - Belarus, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan. This countries supporting cryptocurrency and people use it every day in btc/eth and others, it's very good.

It's free but you need an audit, a business plan and a consultant in place as free tax is provided only in a special " technology area". This means that whoever wants to run one Ico must have a valid business plan and reasonable whitepaper.

Malta is a good jurisdiction though. About half of the usual 100k to ICO.

As i have a experience of 2 years in the Ico market and i can say that  Switzerland, Cayman islands, Spain, Mexico, Estonia, Gibraltar and United States. All of these countries are the best to setup Ico.

I would have to say Japan. They are the country that is the most open to cryptocurrencies so there are more willing investors in that country than in any other country. Most of the country's population are tech savvy so that means that they understand what cryptocurrencies are. But you might run into problems when it comes to your language and how you will communicate with them.

As for me, Belarus looking a little bit scary for the investors and startups because of the President. Yes, government accepted good laws in the crypto industry, but this point could easily change in one moment. I know what I am talking about, because I have a lot of friend in Belarus. Look for the Switzerland or Malta.

I don't care about the country where you create, Setup or anything. It's not about the country where I choose ICO it's about the legit of the ICO and how to help people to earn or to grow their money and not scam people. Im not looking for the country but most of them for sure looking for that.
