I have been using your exchange for few days and there are few annoying things that you can improve on:

• There doesn't seem to be a page that would list all of my open orders. At the moment I need to memorize in which markets I made an order and then go to that market to see status of the order.
• I deposited 0.001BTC, so i can start trading, but then I wasn't able to make an order at all as I was missing 200 satoshis due to a Fee, since your minimum order is also 0.001 BTC. In my opinion, this is just too high and is probably the reason why BTC market is almost non existent in your exchange. Cryptopia for example has this set at 0.0005, while Graviex has it at 0.00005.
• This 0.001BTC minimum order requirement is nowhere to be mentioned. There should be an information about this somewhere inside the Buy / Sell section.
  
• In your FAQ you mention that if we use "Civitas saving fee", "that all fees will be paid with Civitas". This is not the case. I thought this would solve my problem. I would put 0.001 BTC order and I would pay a fee in CIV, but that didn't happen. The exchange still wanted the fee to be paid in BTC.

I mostly like your exchange, but If the above points are fixed, your exchange would be even better and much easier to use.

I'm not sure if the owners of the exchange read this thread, but I deposited some DOGE yesterday and they haven't arrived yet. I can see them in the deposit address in the block explorer.
I then contacted support and still no words from them.

So I'm trying my luck here.

I deposited some coins 2 days ago and it has not arrived. Did your coins arrive in the end? over 2000 confirmations now..
