I think its your internet, I never had such problem... Just heavy load by massive users, if you refresh again it should work... It's one thing I was hoping would get improved as Bitcoin gets more mainstream.

I recently joined cex.io and I have to say love it thus far the customer support has been great and I finally got some mining power as I don't have the funds to really buy a $4000 asic rig at the moment.
