This is the reason why buying at Mt.Gox is a lot more expensive than at other exchanges +5 / +10 %. I'd buy at bitstamp. Money in, buy, withdraw BTC to paper wallet, done. I just recently withdrew from bitstamp (SEPA). Took about one or two workdays if I remember correctly.
